J & B SAVED OUR LIFE! After a brutal car accident hydroplaning Sharpes Towing Service brought us to J & B and told us that they would help us out. AND They did. We called in the morning to tell them our car was in their lot from the night before. We got there and they took care of everything in 2 hours (ordered our parts, installed our parts and gave us a free spare tire so we wouldnt have to drive home back to Michigan with a spare - 5 hour trip) The service was great. Very kind and honest people. And they didnt burn our pockets or charge us more because we visitors and desperate. Theyre generosity will not be forgotten. I would recommend them to anyone who needs car repair help if they are ever in the Georgetown, KY area. LOVE YOU GUYS! Thanks Again

We were travelling from SC to MI and had stopped for the night when our starter went out. We called J&B at 7:30 am and let them know our situation. They held a bay open for us while we had the car towed to their shop. They got us right in, did the repair at a very reasonable price and had us back on the road in no time. They were very professional, quick and excellent to deal with. It is always a scary when you break down away from home, but this shop treated us well. If we lived in the area, this shop would be our preferred repair shop.

Dont waste your time here. I arrived at 8am. I stood in the office for 25 minutes and the ugly receptionist lady ignored me. Then she told me.. "we are too busy for you". WTF? You could have said that 25 minutes ago. The place was an absolute pig sty. Rule #1 about business.. dont turn down business. Complete idiots. "We are too busy for you". Haha. Good thing I wasnt too busy to share your poor service.

First they quoted me on a price for a project, and when I went back to get it done they almost doubled the price. THEN they called and told me my calipers needed replacement immediately (when they didnt need to be) and didnt even replace my hoses like the were supposed to. A month later Im back in a new shop fixing what they shouldve done in the first place. NEVER coming back here!!

Its difficult to find a good, honest mechanic, but they definitely are. Theyve told me when I didnt need a repair and didnt charge me for telling me either! They are very busy, so Id recommend calling before just showing up. Weve had all of our cars serviced here and have to been disappointed.
