WORSE COMMUNICATION EVER! I have been trying to purchase a car through Enterprise for over a month. I tried the Morrow location in mid-December and was told what I needed to do in order to obtain financing. Mid-January I applied for financing at the Marietta location, only to be completely ignored. I was told on MULTIPLE locations that my application was being looked into, and that I would receive a call once they got some information. I followed up with Abdul SEVERAL times last week for multiple days to be given the run around and eventually forgotten. I called the Marietta location this morning to follow up on an application that I had completed last week. Mason asked about my previous application at the Morrow location, and upon confirmation, the he began to give me information based of a 45 day old application. Once I told him my CURRENT credit score (80 points higher than it was in December) and insisted that he find the current application. He then asked about a down payment.(Not sure why he was asking for a down payment when he hadnt even located the current application). I told him that I had $700 only for him to INSIST that I pay $750 down because that was the MINIMUM THAT AT COULD BE ACCEPTED FOR A DOWN PAYMENT. My application has been through the hands of about 6 enterprise employees over the last week, so I dont understand HOW Im still clueless as to whats going on. I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with the customer service I have received. If you all are only selling cars to those who have the highest down payment PLEASE SAY THAT so that I can take my business elsewhere.

I bought a car from Enterprise Car Sales in Marietta and was completely happy with the experience. My husband and I worked with Abdul Naeem who was awesome. He doesnt pressure you like you would expect a salesman to, but rather gives you the information you need and keeps himself available to address questions or concerns. He even came in to work on his day off (and early in the morning no less) since that day worked better for us. He was both personable and professional. Very easy to talk to, and very helpful. We were also helped by Jarmen Wesley, who helped us with the finer details and paperwork when we made our purchase. Like Abdul, he was personable and professional. Neither guys minded me asking a million questions and they were both able to put up with my punchy sense of humor that early mornings seem to bring out of me. All of the information about the car we bought was 100% accurate. I even double checked the KBB value they had posted and they had it listed exactly. The location was easy to find (basically across the street from Dobbins Air Reserve Base) and in a great area. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends, family, or anyone looking to purchase a car.

Amazingly horrible experience. We arrive on the lot and see a car we wanted to look at. The poor sales guy...how could he know we had seen three of them. I asked of he would get the keys. "No, we do things a little differently around here." I wondered if he was thinking that old people dont buy cars...something was really wrong. "Please, just get a key." He didnt seem to understand my wife was in a should brace and walking to the office (trailer) was a chore. As I walked to the office I continued to try to understand....what is the problem with this place? When I entered the office it was dirty, smelly and looked like cells instead of offices. I would have been fearful to be locked in this place. Something is very wrong with this place. We visited Toyota Stores, KIA and Hyundai Stores, a Nissan store...and none insisted we enter the office before they would show the car. Seemed...very...unusual and...someone was characterizing two people who were simply interested in what everyone has done...look at the car without being trapped in a dirty office. Scary place...

I absolutely had a great experience with Enterprise Car Sales! I was a frequent Enterprise car renter and when I informed Drika that I was in the market for a car she referred me to Mason Strickland. I told him about a pending deal that I had with another dealership; when I gave him the details about the deal and my credit score he immediately told me that he could beat the deal and get me financed. I went into the office and he did not disappoint. Not only did I get the exact car that I wanted but initial APR I received from Shana was beat by about 5% Once the papers were signed and the car was cleaned up I came out to my brand new car with a huge bow on it. They were sincerely happy for me and I felt the love. I appreciate Mason for keeping his word and getting me a great deal! I am absolutely pleased with my purchase and will continue to recommend them. Thanks Mason, Shana, and Drika your service is bar none! Im bringing yall some cookies.

I bought my car on November 9, 2015 and it drove good for the first 5 days before we noticed some issues. The car began to make noises while accelerating and we noticed that the rear speakers didnt work. I called the branch and took the car to the shop that they directed me to. The shop found that the transmission needed to be replaced and also that the rear speakers were missing. I was told that I would be contacted with a date to have the work done. It is now January 2016 and I have not heard a word from anyone. Every time I have contacted the branch I am told that they are working on it and will get back to me. I have not been contacted once!!! They give you a 12 month, 12,000 mile drive train warranty on your vehicle but at this point it just feels like theyre trying to postpone until the warranty is up so that they dont have to fix these issues. If I were you, Id look elsewhere for a used car!!!

The service that I received was excellent. Andre Plummer sold me my vehicle making sure that I was in a vehicle that I absolutely loved and could afford. He went above and beyond to see to it that I was satisfied in every way possible. The area management starting with Shana Edwards got me together with my trade in giving me the most. Jarmen Wesley was super great with making sure that I understood the importance of having vehicle coverage, got me together with financial approval, and anything else that I needed. This team is great and I will refer my family & friends when they are ready to purchase a vehicle. Queena Francis refer me but before she did she put me in a brand new rental" jeep grand Cherokee " and after driving that I had to have me a new car. Of course I was long over due. Thanks Queena for making this happen for me.

I was recommended by Member First Credit Union to search for my car at Enterprise. I met Abdullah Naeem. I was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and all his help. There were plenty of cars to choose from, and Abdul narrow it down to the ones I preferred. We took a few cars for a test drive, and I was also able to trade in my old 2002 Grand Prix too! We walked out of Enterprise with a 2014 Toyota Corolla, and I am very pleased and happy. Abdul has excellent customer service skills. It was a very easy and smooth process. Addul had all the paperwork ready from the credit union and it was a great experience. He took care of everything and all I had to do was grab the keys and drive out with my new car! I highly recommend Enterprise to buy a car. No hassles, great service. Thank you Addul!
