They sold a car to a dealership without a title, the dealership sold it to me and I was unaware that they didnt have the title and when I called manheim they told me that they wouldnt release the title to me even though I have a bill of sale and all the paperwork, so now I have a car that I cant drive because I dont have the title and cant get tags. Not to mention the lady closed down her dealership and filed bankruptcy and nobody can get ahold of her.I have to quit my job, my children cant go to their appointments, I cant get to school and dont javeb$60 to $80 A day to be spending using lyft..

I have been going to Manheim Georgia for about a year now, I buy between 2 and 5 cars a week there, and I have been very happy. I have had good luck with the cars Ive bought ( I get there early and do my research ) The fees are very reasonable, and the customer service is excellent. Ive only had to arbitrate 1 car there so far, and the process was quick and easy. Keep up the good work guys, and I will continue to be a customer for a long time. I admire repokar car auction because there are many cars for sale for lower prices and with no fees

From a transporter/car carriers prospective, this was a nice auction to deal with. There was an Internet room with free computer & printer access for printing gate passes, clean bathrooms and helpful staff.

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE ESPECIALLY THE TITLE DEPT, ITS THE MOST ANNOYING THING. I TRY TO CALL ON THEIR NON BUSY HOURS AND NEVER ANSWER. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Fairly easy parking. Shuttle gets you to the car. Internet. Need gate pass for car. Call ahead to make sure guard shack has it.
