I am giving my honest opinion to help you out. Dont waste your time with Ron Widener. First of all, I cannot believe GIADA only has him listed as the recommended Insurance/Bond agent for the used car industry. I believe there are some types of compensation towards GIADA to have only his company listed. Reggie Widener(his son) did show up to the GIADA pre-license seminar and came around to everyone with his business cards but I should have went with my gut feeling and not waste my time with him. I called to get a quote for a surety bond and insurance for my start-up business. They directed me to their website to fill out the application. 2 days after I filled the application, I called Ron Widener, spoke with Reggie Widener (His Son). He told me his system was down, and he will give me a call back as soon as it gets back up. Its been a month now and still didnt get a call back. I figured he was never going to call me back when I heard him making an excuse to get off the phone with me anyways. Fortunately, when I got off the phone with him, I decided he was full of **SHA*ZA** and called 2 other places. Save yourself some time and call someone else. I called Surety Bond Girls in Johns Creek and they were able to get me a quote the SAME DAY within 5 hours.

MIG AUTO LLC

We had our company insurance with them for over 4 years. Once day my insurance was canceled bcs of the clerical mistake within the office. I tried to talk to the Ron the owner and was hoping he would understand and try to help me fix the problem." Customer Service" was horrible he would not want to listen to me, and told me to get insurance thru someone else. Would not recommend to anyone. They are not the only company to sell this type of insurance and bonds. If you are looking for bond try Surety Bond Girls lot better rates 3 times less then i have been paying with Ron Widener. Class to become a dealer deff take it from GIADA Horrible customer Service

The class was a joke - Ron just mumbles his way through the class and doesnt even care about the students questions. Take the GIADA class - its has better instructors that are willing to help with issues / questions.

My friend tried to sell his car to this guy. Ron agreed to a number and then, when we came to drop off the car, tried to lower it by $2K. Dont do business with this guy.
