Just stopped in to take a look , was interested in a work truck , a man proceeded out the door to approach us an spoke with us , asked us to come in he then hands the keys to the both of us ," me a business owner and my employee" he said check them out do what you like, so I drove off the lot wanted to test drive figured I go and clarify driving on the main RD an hand in a license since Im aware of protocol being a veteran in the auto industry locally , my guy went in an a brief talk seemed disgruntled by his look an told me the guy said he wont sell us nothing ,,, I got out the truck and said why not he abruptly stated the employee was to young and hes 18 yrs old , I said it wasnt for him an chucked the keys back at him ,, got in truck left went done a turn stopped as he was walking and asked why?? He then YELLED AT US ,, saying I cant sell you a truck I wont ,, meanly , very mean! And discriminated us for some odd reason, we a re clean cut in uniforms an very respectable ,, he treated us like GARBAGE I WOULDNT RECOMMEND HIM FOR WHAT EVER REASON AT ALL, he should come an told us in a nicer fashion then yelling at us like we are a something were not! Very disrespectful and not a place I would send my worst enemy for customer service like that!! Not cool so I even told him to shove it an I will review him , so its obvious he picks and chooses from something illegally rather legally .. I have great credit an enough cash to buy several even thought of making an offer but not now ...

I bought a 2004 Nissan X-Terra from Midsouth a little over a week ago. Of course, I took my Father who sells cars out of state as well and we did find a few small flaws before purchasing the vehicle. It was very easy to work a good deal with them and they even covered the cost of not just the flaws we found on site, but also those I discovered before even getting the vehicle home not a mile away. I would recommend Midsouth to anyone who has little to no credit or needs to add an additional vehicle into the family. If you have a problem with a business, it never hurts to ask if they can assist you in a way they arent expected to. If they say no, it doesnt mean their standards arent fair, it means your own standards may be too high for what they are offering. I walked in expecting a used vehicle with some dings and cosmetic issues, but when it came down to actual mechanical issues, they went above and beyond what even my Father expected.

If youre looking for good reliable transportation ...this is NOT the place! I have never experienced such unprofessional behaviour as I did with this place. Cranium anal inversion describes this arrogant owner perfectly. I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. When confronted with actual values for the same type of vehicle from the same area - the owner became beligerent and conveniently decided, the vehicle is not for sale. Dont waste your time at this two bit car stand - they dont know anything about the art of negotiation.

Lol these people are a joke!!! Cars are priced double what they are worth. I tried to negotiate $250 off the price and they told me no way in hell and let me walk. I told them I would stop by before the day is out and show off my new car. I wonder why these people are in business. Worse dealer ever

My wife and i bought a xterra from them near a month ago so far great service honesty thinking of buy another truck from tbem my wife is in a reliable low mileage vehicle so far i couldnt ask for better service. Good job so far plus fixed a minor problem with no questions ask.

Absolute crooks ....please dont spend a dollar with this horrible owner. Lemon cant even express the word for this vehicle I purchased. Owned 5 months has broke down on me five times had to be towed in horrible horrible horrible !!

Buyer beware! Crooks! They sell lemons that break down over and over. The owner is a bully. Worst experience ever! DONT BUY FROM THEM!!! In 5 months our van has broken down over 5 times.
