If I had a choice to give World Wide auto no stars for customer service I will, buyers beware the owners Greg and his wife Janet Townsend has an repugnant attitude it is astonishing. I work in the Hospitality industry and I have never ever treated my guest the way they treat there customers. I will never advocate their business. Word of mouth still works, however social media lives long. I will keep posting until my transaction end with them, I feel trap because if they was a real company like high end car company I will get results of getting better service what I receive. I have no idea what kind of customers they had or have to deal with in the past or the future, when you have a customer that would want to pay their account there no reason for the discussing, vile, obnoxious, and distasteful attitude. the reciprocal of dealing with the both of them is nauseating. I will post my rating and review of your company on Facebook, twitter, Instagram, snapchat, pinterest,...ect.

Absolute crooks. Tried to sell me a 2003 impala for 3900. Drove the car and noticed it smelled like something was burning, one wiper didnt work. When i pressed on the gas the engine shook. The black man said hed tell Greg to come talk to us, he came took the keys and said he wouldnt sell us a car because we would mess it up. I explained that of course I would not drive like that all the time but I needed to check and he refused at that point. Now I know if you go and you seem as though youre smart enough to check the while car they get upset. They also advertise cars that havent passed emissions. STAY AWAY FROM GREG ON FAIRGROUND AT WORLD WIDE AUTO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE THE ONE GETTING TAKEN FOR A RIDE!!!!! VERY RUDE!!!

Greg treated me so well. Him and his wife saw me through the most difficult times of a single mother. He is the uncle i never had, the Samarittan who picked me up when my own kicked me. I chose a stick shift and returned it after full payment for upgrade. Am not a good caretaker of cars and when i drove my volvo for 2 years without an oil change, he took my dead car and allowed me to take another without a down payment. He even gave my growing children the chance to drive. Am just about to pay him another visit soon.

I bought my 2004 Chev Impala from Greg last year.. Its a great car but i did end up having some problems with it earlier this year and even though the car is technically sold as is Greg was really cool about it and helped me get a taillight, a distributor and my cooling fan replaced almost for free. I would definatly buy another car from them good people!!
