Had a great experience here. I was skeptical about going to a "smaller" dealership thinking it was a buy here pay here type of place, but was pleasantly surprised. They had a couple of really nice full-sized trucks (which is what i was in the market for) on the lot with fair pricing and pretty low miles. I test drove 2 trucks within 30 minutes of stopping. I really liked the 1st one I drove and another couple showed up after me and really liked it as well. The salesman and finance guy (Andrew) both told me that I had 1st shot on purchasing it since I drove it 1st. I was going to finance the truck through them so I wanted to make sure the payments were good for me so that took a little time, but in the meantime, the other couple offered to write them a check (cash) for the truck. Even though I felt bad about making the other buyers wait, the team at Southern Auto kept their word and gave me the option to buy it 1st. They could have easily taken the cash from the other buyer and called it a day. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity that the team showed me..... Also, the windshield was cracked and they said they would replace it after I bought it (which i was a little uneasy about as well) but the next weekend, they had a guy come to my house and put in new windshield - on their dime. Only downside was what they gave me for my trade in - I thought it was low - but it was probably as much as anywhere else would have offered me & I dont have to deal with the hassle of selling it myself. All in All - Great family owned business with no pressure, respectable, & honest guys....It will definitely be the 1st place I look next time I am in the market for a used car.

Instant feel-good vibe when me and my partner entered the lot. We originally came to see a Chevy cruz. When we arrived we got out and went to the car to peek at it. A few seconds later John, our to be sales guy came out and unlocked the car. He first thanked us for coming and said we can go test drive it. Very sincere and nice guy. There was nothing salesy about him other than asking if we had questions. We went on a drive and came back, saw a couple others we wanted to test drive. John has a couple other customers but when we walked back in, he excused himself and came to ask how we liked it. He got us the key to another car and we went back out. The place was busy so I have to take my hats off to a guy that is willing to treat each customer with importance. We set our sights on a nice 2013 Elantra, gave it a whirl, love it, came back in and made a deal. Their finance guy got our paperwork together, had a couple sodas while waiting, and then we walked out with the car. Super happy, my partner loves the car, and I can say this place is MILES away from what a typical car dealership is like. Absolutely no pressure, prices are very reasonable, and they treat you like a friend. Even if we didnt buy, I would have still gone back for the experience.

i drove from brookhaven ga. which is 37 mins, mitch was really sweet. he was the person that i was dealing with. i really fell in love with the tundra. however after my first phone call about the tundra i was told that it was pending and that mitch would call me if anything has change and it did. on wednesday i went in to purchase the tundra after test driving it i was told that andrew had call the people that wanted the truck in the beginning and said that they were coming down to apply for financing after dealing with there credit union. i was willing to walk out of the dealership with a check from my credit union right then there. the excuse that andrew gave me was he gave his word. i cant say that i was in agreement with that, i was upset that i drove there and could not do business with southern auto brokers. am not sure that i dont know any salesman that would let anyone walk out of a dealership with a $23,000.00 check and not even try to sell them a automobile. it was sad to see something like this with such a nice place. never never will fall for that again.

I went up to look at trucks. Had a car to trade in, they took it for a drive and were gone for however long. Didnt find what I wanted there so I left. The next day I go to leave for work sun isnt up when I leave. Get home pull in parked a little behind where I did the day before. Find 2 HUGE oil spots on my driveway ! This car has been very well taken care of and maintained with all paperwork and everything. Anyways call them up told them what had happened and said that it has never leaked a drop of oil. I even video taped it on my phone how clean my drive WAS and has been until they test drove my car. Not a oil spot anywhere ! The car does have higher miles dont get me wrong ! So I took it to a mechanic and they said that its now leaking from the head gasket. The guy I spoke to was a complete tool and very defensive ! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to AVOID this company !! Typical used car lot, dont care about the customer what so ever. Obviously I was in the market to get a car. Now I have to spend several dollars to fix it before I can get the trade in value.

Our experience at Southern Auto Brokers was such a fantastic experience. Andrew Tavormina helped us find the perfect SUV for our active family!!! We are a very active family as well as have 3 kids in sports, so having a vehicle that accommodates our needs was a tireless process until we met with Andrew. Within an hour of stopping in Southern Auto Brokers Andrew was able to help us narrow our selection down to a vehicle that was perfectly made for our family!!! We purchased a 2014 Ford Explorer. I wish that we wouldve started our shopping here; it wouldve prevented a lot of stress in our lives trying to find the right vehicle. The better part is that Southern Auto Brokers had a great selection and Andrew did a great job providing us an honest evaluation of each of the options we looked at on the lot. There was no pressure, and the entire experience was strictly dictated by our wants. I never felt led or steered towards/away from any of the options. I will always be shopping here when I purchase a car!!!!! I hope you enjoy them as much as we did!!!

Best car buying experience of all time. We drove about 3 hours to look at a vehicle and wouldnt change it even if the same vehicle was for sale next door. They were amazing to deal with and really did treat us with respect, didnt give us the run around, and were up front and honest. We called on a Saturday afternoon to make sure the car was still available. They put it on hold and assured us it would be there when we arrived. (Ive personally experienced being told, "oh yeah the cars here.") only to arrive and be told it wasnt there, or its sold! SAB stayed open past hours on a weekend just to allow us to view the vehicle. We got the deal done and it was a breeze from start to finish. They even replied to me immediately via email a few months after the purchase of my vehicle as I had temporarily misplaced some of the sale documents. Gave me an e-copy within 30 minutes of my initial email. Wouldnt wanna buy a car anywhere else!
