They sold me a death trap. Ive had my toyota highlander since February 4 2015. Last week I started having electrical problems on my way to work. Battery light came on, radio cut off and on, windows wouldnt roll up, headlights dimmed. By the time I get ready to leave I try to put it in reverse it wont move out of gear. My husband comes checks my battery its too big only issue with it. He then checks the fuse panel. Theres a wire where the fuse should be. He takes it to a toyota mechanic the fuse only cost $30. By the time he got there the wire is burnt and wouldve caught fire if he had driven any further. The damage caused by the wire costs more than the car is worth. He talks to hwy 92. They try to blame him and say he put the wire in. Mind you the fuse is only $30. They refuse to take any responsibility. This car couldve killed me, my husband, and surrounding drivers. Theyre careless and irresponsible. Ive written chanel 2 news. Hopefully they get this place shut down. Im also looking into a lawsuit. My car will soon be repossessed because I refuse to make any more payments on this POS. If you buy a car here check your fuse panel. 2002 toyota highlander silver.

this place is a complete rip off first off they are suppose to have a warranty when u get a vehicle from them and then if something goes wrong they never want to spend any money to get it fixed they had there bootleg mechanic look at it he messed it up more, i had to go to a legit place to get it fixed i was 10 days late for my car payment because of the money i had to spend to fix the car and they knew that i got paid every 2 weeks so they came and repossessed the vehicle ...note that i have paid 9k on the car and had less than 2k left and then they refused to work anything out in order for me to get my car back it is complete BS i wouldnt tell my worst enemy to go get a car here and then even worse 3 weeks later they had my car back on the lot probably trying to get another 12k off of it...UGH this place makes me sick...Oh and for those who have been ripped off from them they have a action lawsuit going against them im looking into it so hopefully i can get some money back!

My husband found a car here and talked with the salesman who was VERY nice and straightforward. The next morning we call the lot 2 times to let him know that we were coming in to get the car. The woman who answered the phone never told him that we were coming. I drove the car and we decided to get it eventhough the CD player didnt work and they were asking $1000 over Blue Book value. The "supervisor" says we have too much money in this car to drop the price and they will not fix the cd player. Oh and then after we decide to go ahead he says he cant sell us the car today because he has someone coming in that night to buy it that put $700 down to hold it. WTF. Not only did we drive an hour to get there, but they should have told us when we called that someone was coming to buy the car and they should have taken it off the lot to the back. UNETHICAL & UNPROFESSIONAL. By the way, we went same day to another lot and found a BETTER DEAL & BETTER CAR!

I had one of the best experience at Highway 92 auto sales buying my car my sales person Roxanne is the greatest she does her job very well professional and goes overboard in aiding you into finding a car, in fact the whole staff from secretary mechanics sales associates were very helpful .Im extremely exited and happy with the purchase of my 2004 Infinity drives great looks beautiful. I have purchased several cars from numerous places but did not receive the royal treatment, I am especially great full because I did not have a down payment but I drove off the same day Keys in my hand along with 2 other people that I came with. Thanks to the Highway 92 crew especially my girl Roxanne

I was a first time buyer when I came to this car place over a year ago. I was new to everything but Roxanne made my visit sooooo easy. I told her the kind of car I wanted. She allowed me to test drive every car that she thought I would like. Long story short I found my dream car that best suit me. I have a 2006 Toyota corolla and it didnt have many miles. No past car accidents. Everything was easy. I got my car April of 2015 and now it July 2016 and today I am still pleased. Nothing is wrong with my car. It drives smooth and everything. Trust me people I didnt have the best credit nor income but they worked with me. So I thank you hwy 92 for helping me through my journey.

Since day 1 when financed my truck from them in was very pleased. They treated my family & myself like family. For whatever reason I cant pay a payment (cause things do happen) they understand & let me make it up. Theyre not all down my back about a late payment here or there as long as u keep them informed on whats going on with your situation. We wanted to get an Escalade that looked great but wasnt ready to be sold but I wanted it cus it looked good I said that to say this if they were all about the money they wouldve sold me that knowing it was a bad sale for me. Im sooooooo satisfied with my Suburban! So overall Im very pleased I found Highway 92 to purchase my SUV.

They will lie to you to sell you an overpriced vehicle. Do your research, Check Kellys blue book for the fair value. Have a mechanic, or someone that knows there stuff with you. Beware of this dealer. They put a fresh coat of paint, and new decals on a truck I had been looking at. It was a repossession with some damage. They they told me it was a different truck when i went back two weeks later. I know it wasnt due to the new drive shaft, and bondo on the body in the same area of the damage. Personally Ill not deal with someone I think is lying to me. Good luck!

Good car lot that takes care of you. I purchased a vehicle from them and 5 months later I had engine issues that when I brought it to them they told me it needed a new engine but they took care of it without it costing me a dime good customer service good turn around I had it back within a week. They also worked with me on the vehicle when I first bought it to get me down to the payments that I could afford

Ive only had my car for 2 months and the transmission has went out and now I have to pay for a new transmission when Ive been talking them about this car when I first left the lot and the service manager is very rude its like they sale bad cars and get mad at you for wanting to know why would the do that to people whoa spending their hard earn money
