Buying a car is never fun, especially from a dealership... However, the staff at "Georgetown Auto Sales" were very polite and very helpfully, and with almost zero pressure! My honest experience went like this, me and my wife needed a new car (a bigger one) so we looked around and found a Camry we both liked at "Georgetown Auto Sales" we told Dwayne (our sales man) that we would like to go home and give it some thought he said OK and again did not pressure us at all. We waited almost a week until we returned to buy the Camry. We traded in our Sentra and purchased the Camry. Everything went smooth, the Camry had minor bumper issues which was promised to be fixed, and was missing floor mats which was promised to be replaced. So we agreed to purchase the vehicle If they corrected those issues.... A week after we buy it we take it in and have the bumper fixed as agreed, I reminded them several times about the floor mats. The Camry got returned to us with the bumper all fixed and looking Good! But they never gave us floor mats after promising several times they would, that was upsetting but I can let that one slide. The thing that Im really upset about, or should I say the PERSON Im really up set with is their "accountant" or whatever she wants to call herself, her name is Amy, now there are TWO Amys, a young sweet one and an older rude one... The older one will lie to your face! It has been 1 month since we have purchased the Camry and we have yet to receive our license plate! Ive been calling for almost 3 weeks now asking Amy (older one) where my license plate is and every time I call she says "I just put it in the mail, you should get it soon" Im sorry, I live in Versailles and the dealership is in Gerogetown, it does Not take 3 weeks for mail to run from Georgetown to Versailles....in the end it is a great dealership and for the most part a wonderful staff, except Amy (older one). I just think she needs to do her job a better and not lie to people. Would I buy another car from "Georgtown Auto Sales" yes I definitely would! So go see them today or check out their AWESOME website!

This was my first car-buying experience and I am in awe at how stress-free the process was at Georgetown Auto Sales. After my car unexpectedly needed repairs that were worth more than cars book value, I was in a panic. Of course my immediate reaction was to Google used car dealerships in Georgetown and Georgetown Auto Saless website was the first hit. Their website was informative, easy to navigate and kept up to date. I found a vehicle with low miles and in my price range, filled out the online financing inquiry and within an hour Tyler called me with an approval. Seriously, it was that easy. When I came to the dealership later that evening the vehicle was already parked in front for me to test drive and Tyler was helpful in answering all my questions about the vehicles past. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase. The paperwork process was also surprisingly painless and conducted with honesty and openness. Tyler also was gracious in staying later than the 6 p.m. closing time so that I could drive the car off the lot that day. The whole process took no more than an hour. This is compared to the weekend before when my fiancees vehicle also broke down and we spent five hours going through financing, haggling, and paperwork at a larger dealership in Lexington. If I am ever in the market for a used vehicle again (hopefully I wont be for a long time) I will definitely make Georgetown Auto Sales my first stop. Thank you guys for making my first car-buying experience stress-free. I am so happy with my purchase!

This is a great place to purchase a used vehicle! I first met with Amy Tudor, their internet manager, and told her my price range for a used truck. She showed me two very nice trucks that I could not believe were even close to my price. I wasnt convinced that they had the best price at first so I went to several other dealers both in Lexington and Frankfort to compare (I also checked Nada and KBB over lunch). Georgetown Auto Sales and their staff not only blew their competition out of the water, but they didnt try to pressure me to commit to a vehicle, and they were respectful the entire time. My wife and I ended up buying a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 for almost private party Kelly blue book price and Rob, Tyler, Amy, and Dwayne all helped to follow up on some minor recalls with the truck and also footed the bill for the repairs with no hassle. They even lent me a vehicle free of charge while my truck was getting the recalls!!!! I cannot say enough about their price, quality, and service. I would definitely be a repeat customer in the future when Im back in the market for a vehicle.

bought a car which was never been serviced in its lifetime, tires had bubbles all the way around basically the belt was broke inside and had no thread on the inner part cause of alignment being way out of whack. So, had to change air filter, cabin filter , motor oil, trans oil, spark plugs, all 4 tires, 4 wheel alignment , timing belt (which was very expensive around $600) . I did test drive it and i knew that it needed an alignment but rest of the stuff you never know until you take it to the garage. So be very careful and bring a mechanic with you if you can when you buy from this place. I also had bought a car from another dealer 4yrs ago and never had to do anything to it cause they had the car serviced before they sold it like the dealers should thats why we pay dealer price.And not only that they also mess up my name in the title and registration which i had to fix it my self and pay DMV fees. well this was my experience with this lot so just be careful ....

I bought a Camry for my mother for Christmas. I drove a few in Lexington but found one on their website. I called and agreed on a price ahead of time. When I got to the dealership the Camry was upfront waiting on me. I asked to drive it and I was just handed the keys and took it for a drive on my own. I had never test driven a car on my own before. I liked it because I got a good feel for the car without hearing blah blah from the salesman. When I got back I asked to take it to my mechanic to have it checked it over. It was a 2004 model with higher miles so I wanted to be sure. All the mechanic found was a front strut that needs to be replaced. When I brought it back they offered to take off the $300 for the strut without me even asking. It was the best experience I had ever had buying a vehicle. My mother has been very happy with it and has not had any problems with it.

Even better than the cars you will purchase from Georgetown Auto Sales is the customer service you will receive. This is a no pressure, family atmosphere. Everyone is honest and upfront about all details from the cars history to any financing. All title work and any questions following the purchase are taken care of immediately. We are all customers for life and dont bother looking for cars anywhere but Georgetown Auto Sales.
