This is in response to Angies post. I am the owner of Old Is New Again. I am disappointed that this customer had this experience in our business. However, in response and defends: We are not a thrift store, we are a consignment store where we sell other peoples furniture. Also we have new and model furniture that we obtain from other sources. We require all our furniture to be in like new condition so that our buying customers have a quality selection of items to put in their homes. We do not carry broken down used furniture. And we treat our customer in professional manner, however, there our customers that do not respect or consider these facts and are disappointed to find that we are not what they expected (thrift store) and express it vocally. We strive to give great customer service and take it personally when a customer is not happy regardless of how nasty they are towards us. Our successful years in business reflects the many of customers that are grateful and satisfied with our store and our customer service.

Great customer service. Within three weeks was able to find the perfect couch and Love seat for my family room at a reasonable cost. And for a small fee they delivered the furniture to my home. Very good, like new furniture.
