Colombia Motors has been extremely helpful in fixing some issues that were wrong with the 2006 Subaru Outback I bought from them over a month ago. It came with a rebuilt title and I knew it had some flood damage. When I bought the car initially I didnt realize the slight mildew odor would end up sticking to our clothes and everything else that was in the car. I tried ozonating the crap out of my car 7 different times to no avail. Eventually I ended up mentioning this smelly issue to the Manager of this place, Maks, and he immediately was on my side. Not only did he give me rubber mats that day (since my car was missing some), but he arranged for my car to be re-detailed and to have the carpets ripped up and everything thoroughly cleaned. The car detailers took longer than they expected and I had to have my car back for that weekend to drive to Seattle, so they ended up giving me a Prius to drive for the weekend while my car was finishing up. I ended up getting my Subaru back by that Monday and at first I thought the mildew smell was gone. Low and behold 4 days later after the chemical smell wore off, the mildew smell came back with a vigor. A week later or so, I ended up going back into the dealer to see what could be done. My eyes caught sight of the exact same Subaru Outback for sale, just in the color blue, and I inquired to see if it would be possible to just trade out my white Subaru for this blue one. Even though this blue Subaru was on consignment, Maks struck a deal with the owner to make it totally possible for me to purchase this blue Subaru which was intially just a bit more than I paid for the white one. Long story short, yesterday I went in to their dealership, and signed all the paperwork for my sweet new Subaru Outback! Everyone at Colombia Motors was a joy to work with, and I truly believe they will do everything they can to make their customers happy! This is a great place to go for cars at a fraction of the cost, because most of them have rebuilt titles. They definitely try to make sure all of their cars run superb, but I can imagine sometimes certain things may slip off their radars. Check them out- I have been very happy with their customer service and their vehicle selection~!!

I never post reviews online about anything however I read them all the time so I feel like its fair for other people to know the truth about this business. I started out by talking to Joseph, I let him know that I would be flying from a different state to get it. I asked him to make sure that everything mechanically is good because it was a reconstruct. Joseph assured me that the car was looked at by a mechanic and he tested drive it himself and the only thing that they found was a ticking sound in the dashboard that he fixed immediately. The day my brother went to get the car, he recommended to take it to an independent mechanic just to be sure that there was nothing wrong with it. Turns out it had OVER 30 faulty codes, the airbags didnt work (which they tried to play off as a mistake in the diagnostics) the seat belts didnt work, rust was forming, and lots of other little things that they failed to make me aware of. Later they tried to obtain the report from the mechanic after I told them I wouldnt give it to them unless they paid for it. So after losing $800 dollars in ticket expenses and the mechanic fees I let them know for obvious reasons Im not going to buy the car and this is when Maks (the manager) stepped in. Maks made it look like he was going to make it right and that he was sorry for the huge inconvenience. He said he would take the car to a Volkswagen dealer to fix it without changing the price on the car but since my brother had to go back to work, I nicely said I just wanted to have my deposit back that I put down on the car. Maks said Id get it within five days. But after five days I still didnt have it. So I tried to call Maks but he was conveniently out of the office every time I tried to call. I tried talking to Joseph, Art and Olga but over two weeks later I still dont have my money back. Needless to say, I definitely wouldnt recommend buying from them but if you do then definitely take it to an independent mechanic because these people ( as nice as they seem) are lairs and scammers.

I hate the car buying experience in general. The pressure from the second you walk onto the lot to the absurd negotiations but Colombia motors was amazing it wasnt low pressure it was NO pressure. Arthur was amazing and helpful. He didnt try to get me to go over my budget in fact he found me a beautiful Volkswagen Passat for 500 dollars below my price point. They treated us like family and gave us an amazing warranty for a very reasonable cost. Our new car is covered bumper to bumper at a Volkswagen dealership without a deductable. If I ever need another used car i wont shop anywhere else. Great people, great cars, great experience. Thank you Colombia motors for taking the anxiety out of car shopping I enjoyed the car buying experience for the first time in my life. Update: So we had a few problems with the car we purchased. (as you will with used vehicles) the sunroof drainage system was clogged by a few leaves and a small stick from being parked under a tree. (Possibly something that was my fault) Colombia motors fixed the drain system even though the car was as-is and I was supposed to go through the warrenty company I purchased my warrenty and maintenance contract through. They replaced the padding under the carpet and had the car professionally detailed. It looks even better than before. They also did a bumper to bumper inspection and found the motor mounts needed replacing, one of the co2 sensors would soon go out and the tire rods as well. They replaced the parts free of charge aligned it and put new windshield wipers on it. (And gave me a brand new ride to drive while they worked on my car.) Most used car dealerships wouldnt even have told about the additional problems especially since I wouldnt have noticed them for a while and the sake was already final, this place is on point and honest as they come, Ill never go anywhere else.

Please do your research prior to buying a vehicle here! Have a qualified mechanic check it over!! I purchased a 2013 about a week ago and I thought it was a good deal so I skipped the inspection. Bad idea! After getting the car home I realized several things were still damaged and hadnt been fixed. (Car has rebuilt title and was damaged on front drivers side in an accident). I found the active shutter system controller zip-tied to a random hose under the hood, the hood switch wasnt re-installed properly, drivers side door trim is broken and now falling off since the glue isnt holding anymore. The biggest issue is the factory remote start will not work. The car sounds the horn which means theres an issue preventing it from starting. My only option now is to have a dealership troubleshoot the remote start which is going to be costly. Other issues include a shady wire fix job that is covered in electrical tape under the hood, the stereo doesnt display the outside temperature and another major issue....the car wont blend cool air with warm air. The only air that comes out of the vents is either really hot or really cold. Theres absolutely no in-between like their should. And the last kick in the face was during the test drive when I noticed the car was almost out of gas. I asked for more to be put in. The salesman filled it halfway! Im spending almost $14,000 at your dealership and you cant include a full tank? I suggest you look at other cars if youre shopping. Thankfully I have another vehicle I can drive since this "new" one is now going to be in and out of the shop. Update: Had an alignment performed on the car. Found out the front left corner is so out of tolerance it has been rubbing the tires down on the inside to the point its almost bald. Im kicking myself in the butt for buying a car from them now. So many issues!!!
