“How hard it is to find outdoor furniture?!” A reoccurring question my wife and I could not find an answer too for over 2 years. This was until I drove right next to a huge delivery truck on the 836-express way on my way home from work. I saw a beautiful, colorful living set and luckily for me this was just a normal evening in Miami around 5 p.m., so I was able to sit in traffic and brose through their website. After slowly falling in love with their unique product and designs I gave the showroom in Hialeah a ring. A gentleman by the name of Jonathan picked up the phone and answered in a very polite manner, after a couple of questions from my end Jonathan effortlessly gave me a quick synopsis of the company and in detail the specs of their products. Soon after we hung up, I received a couple of text messages with the address of the Hialeah showroom and pictures of exactly what my wife and I envisioned for our home. With no plans on stopping anywhere before I got home, I was convinced Outdoor Patio Emporium had my next patio set ready for me. Knowing they did close at 7 pm, I made my way to the showroom anyway just to prove to myself no one had what my family was searching for. Well, that exactly didn’t happen. I was BLOWN away, from the first step into the showroom. I was greeted by my now friend, before sales associate Jonathan. He had to have known I was coming in because he knew exactly who I was when I walked in. He then began to hold normal conversation, which we than discovered we attended the same high school. For a moment, I forgot I was even in a furniture store. After explaining my space and us taking a couple measurements we actually did find the perfect grey wicker with blue cushion set to sit outside of my beautiful home right next to the canal. With no plans on making a purchase, ESPECIALLY a big purchase without my master (beautiful wife), I had to make a family decision. Jonathan mentioned that the company did offer financing. Which can sometimes be skeptical, but it was with Synchrony Financial. A company I had just recently been approved with, from roomstogo. Within minutes I was quickly approved for more than the set was and ended up also finding the perfect size dinning set to match my new living set. Jonathan helped me finalize my purchase and made it a very easy and comfortable process, providing water, assistance, information and overall a great customer service. The next day the warehouse department called me to set up a time and date to the earliest of my convivence. My patio furniture was delivered brand new from boxes to my home within 8 or 9 days. The warehouse guys helped stage my home exactly how I envisioned and it has been looking amazing since that day and I’ve had my furniture for over a year now and couldn’t be more pleased. Went to the Broward/FLL Home Show and saw a few of their displays!! Pretty much fell in love with all of them. Patio furniture is hard to choose because of quality and price. This is by far the best quality at a good price point. Took us a couple days to decide on which items we wanted, as we wanted all of them. Cant imagine what their show rooms are like, must be packed with a lot more amazing stuff!! Tiffany and team were also great to work with. She answered several questions over a few days to help us make the best choice. Very professional and accommodating. My wife had Tiffany creating multiple arrangements to get the idea of our patio and how it will look. Took pictures and measurements even though we took them when we were there. Carlos the delivery guy was awesome too! Very kind and respectful. Love the new set and how it looks!!! Thanks again!!!

Thank you Outdoor Patio Emporium, and Tiffany!! I shopped everywhere for outdoor patio furniture and could not find good quality for a fair price anywhere, including online, until I finally found Outdoor Patio Emporium in Hialeah. They have a great selection all displayed in a nice big warehouse and Tiffany couldnt have made the process any easier, she helped find just the right pieces based on my space and needs, and even threw in some free pillows! The delivery was right on schedule, they set up everything and took away all the packaging, then Tiffany followed up with a phone call to make sure everything went smooth. I highly recommend this place, definitely go see Tiffany if your looking for great service, and high quality outdoor patio furniture at a fair price!

Got to agree with him there furniture looks good but they actually sucks. Theyre actually made in China not in any other country like they lead you to believe. While picking up a item Ive seen them fill in the scratch with a marker. The employees are polite. Pedro and Carlos was very helpful. And as for the original owner he should let his wife run it she does a better job.

I am soooo happy with my canopy bed first thought that I would buy it for the look since it is so elegant but now it is my FAVORITE place to lay down and read its like a small vacation in my backyard!! My sales guy was funny, friendly and I love buying from them they are truly patient even with me and that is not an easy task lol

I went to the Hialeah showroom it looks great was not expecting what was inside!! I bought a living from Jonathan he was courteous and I really enjoyed the experience, the delivery took a little bit but they kept me informed throughout the whole process.
