The sales associate was nice and polite. Willing to answer questions I had for her. On the other hand my interaction with the owner was horrendous! He demanded that I sit up on some furniture I was testing out. He said he was running a business and Im making it look like a motel. New furniture is not cheap and if I am going to pay that kind of money then I want to know that its going to be comfortable. I feel totally belittled and disrespected. Ken Lu Furniture will not be getting business from me. I will take my money where it is appreciated.

I have always shopped here and they have AWESOME service and they are way better than these HIGH DOLLAR furniture places that have the same furniture as Ken Lu and try to charge TRIPLE the price for the SAME FURNITURE!!! LOVE LOVE KEN LU FURNITURE
