let me say automasters has literally riuned my life. I bought a 2006 bmw from them and Kevon kept puhsing and pushing for me to get it him knowing that this car is nothing, but problems but i didnt know that so me and my mom financed it because apparently it was in "great maintained vehicle with all the problems mechanically fixed and all the parts will be wholesale so parts would be cheap and wel l fix it for cheap". 2 day after i had the car AC went out and told them that, but they didnt want to fix it nor did the extended warranty company. 2 months after that my car completely died and had it taken to BMW and they told me the car wasnt worth it because it has over $9000 in repairs so i tried to take it back and they wouldnt allow me to. So to get it up and running costed over $3000 and has been nothing but problems this past year from struts going bad($1200) to battery being replaced because the guys at automasters didnt properly mount it correctly($250) to my A-Arms and bushing($1230). THE PAST YEAR I HAVE SPENT ALMOST $6000!!! did you read this correctly $6000 and i have all the paperwork to prove for it and you know what they told me?! sorry we cant do anything about it knowing what was wrong with it. They fixed it to a point were it was in running condition, but also were in about a month or so everything falls apart so dont ever buy or finance a car from them ever and I hope there reading this because in about 2 months my parents and some other people are protesting in front of this establishment and making sure they dont ever get business again. I hope you guys are worried because you should be screwing my life and everyone elses. SEE YOU SOON

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership yesterday and it was less than thrilling. During my test drive Thursday, which no salesperson came on, I noticed that the check engine light was one. I was told that there was something wrong with the gas cap and that after 100 miles the light will go off. I was also told the car would be detailed and a full tank of gas put in. Neither happened. I cleaned out an ashtray full of cigarette butts and various other things. On top of making two unfulfilled promises of a clean car and full gas tank, Russell W. Smith told me that the vehicle would be run through their shop to make sure that their is nothing wrong other than the "gas cap" and I do not think that a single mechanic looked at it. Am I wrong to think that since he did not deliver on two simple promises that you would not deliver on the third? The only reason I am giving this a two star review is because I have not had my mechanic look at the vehicle and trust me, if there is more to that check engine light (which I did not know it is legal for a dealership to sell an automobile with the check engine light one, I am contracted by a dealership in Franklin, TN and never have I seen one car with the light one so I will be looking into that and taking the appropriate actions) than what Russell W. Smith told me, the appropriate actions will be taken on my part and explanations will be required. If for some reason this post has not swayed you from purchasing a vehicle here, make sure you tell them that I, Jacob Grams, referred you. Every referral I send I get $100 dollars. I was told that about four times walking out the door.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! First it took a few minutes before someone came. Next he didnt greet us, asked how we were doing, nor shook our hands. He didnt even give us information about the dealership or the car. He just took us inside and asked us to fill out a credit application. He gave us a clipboard and pointed us in the direction of a lounge. There were kids running around and some of the staff members were standing around talking and others were outside smoking. Moments later he came back and showed us our credit score and said we needed to put a substantial amount down on the vehicle, which was ridiculous. ON YOUR WEBSITE IT STATED THAT CREDIT DIDNT MATTER. LIERS!!!!!! On top of that, my husband and I noticed there were dents on the car and it was dirty on the inside. BUYERS BEWARE!! DO NOT GO TO AUTO MASTERS OF FRANKLIN. THEYRE NOT TRUE TO THEIR WORD AND THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER..... By the way that amount he told we needed to put down was on a car that had 181k miles. Ridiculous!!! Really????

Auto Masters of Franklin has phenomenal customer service. They helped me find the vehicle I needed to accommodate my needs. When I approached them, I not only had bad credit, but I also didnthe have much money to work with. They took the time needed to guide me financially what would work for me. I ended up purchasing a 2014 Kia Sorento with all the bells and whistles (Bluetooth, heated seats, all-wheel drive, satellite radio..ect). Best purchase I have made in awhile, and they also charge low maintenance fees with my warranty if I ever encountered any problems. There have been times they donthe even charge me a single penny..and that is pretty damn great in my book. So if you are on a budget, and need a great driving vehicle with low payments, come check this place out!!

These people are Scam Artists. They are very good at getting you in the door then raping you for everything you have. I bought a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 from them and was told before I test drove it the price was $6900 and when i got back from the test drive the sales man said he told me the wrong price. I walked out of the door paying more than $9000. Clutch and Throw Out bearing went out 2 months later, they repaired it but i payed half the cost. Still has the same whining sound which i have now found out that its a bearing in the tranny. I set up an appointment again on a Tuesday at 12:00 and they called me 30min before and rescheduled at 3:00. I got there and they said "Oh sorry the mechanic has left for the day, he leaves at 3" freaking jerks.

Sending out a big THANK YOU to the salesman who would not sell me a vehicle for CASH money. He kept only wanted to talk about car payments which I told him I was paying CASH for the vehicle. Since he did not want to sell me the vehicle, I located another vehicle and PURCHASED the same exact vehicle (same color & features/options with a lot less miles on it) that is STILL sitting in his car lot. I checked their inventory before I wrote this review. Oh, the vehicle is a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer Ext 4wd. I would bet that the owner/manager of the car lot would be very mad if he or she knew that they gave up a CASH sale. Thank you again Mr. Salesman for not selling me the 2003 Chevy Trailblazer Ext 4wd.

After a six month long search and many disappointments I stumbled into automasters here in Franklin. I expected the same treatment that I received from other dealerships. I am a less than qualified customer looking for a good truck to invest in. Russell and Eddie worked diligently to find the right truck and the financing I needed to accomplish my goal. I tried to find every reason why I should pass on the deal I was offered, but could not find any. I even ended up getting more than I thought was possible for someone in my financial status. My wife and I are extremely thrilled that we found this dealership and the folks Manning it. Thank you!
