My family recently had a most wonderful experience purchasing a 2011 Audi Q5 from Car Bazaar of Franklin. Ronaldo the sales associate was very professional and took great care to comply to every request I had for him. Most people dont realize when car shopping that every time a "hard inquiry" is pulled on your credit it can actually affect your score. I spoke to Ronaldo and after that conversation I felt good enough about the dealership and the car to apply for the financing. I explained to Ronaldo that I didnt want the application submitted to every single bank in middle Tennessee. Within the day he had an initial response but the interest rate and payment was more that I had budgeted. Ronaldo went back to work and actually put in the time and effort to call banks the old fashioned way and explain to them our situation. Long story short I received financing through Southeast Financial Credit Union at the absolute best rate Ive ever had on a car loan. That was just the financing end of the deal. Upon arrival at the dealership-which Ronaldo opened up early so we could view the car and test drive before meeting the banker. We were greeted promptly and given the key and told to take our time and thoroughly test the car, There was an immediate issue. No air blowing through the air conditioning vents. Ronaldo contacted the owner and tried all different settings without any luck. The onsite mechanic was on vacation until the next week, but Ronaldo called another mechanic to come take a look. It ended up being a defective blower motor. The lot owner immediately drove into Audi of Nashville and purchased a brand new Audi blower motor for $210. An aftermarket motor could have been purchased off eBay for @$80 but they chose to fix the issue right then and right there with the genuine Audi part. So not only would I highly recommend Car Bazaar, but its great that Ive made a friend with them. I will be buying my next car from them. Truly great people and great service.

At first I was going to write a great review, bc at first I was truly happy and satisfied. But only after two weeks of having my car Ive changed my mind. Not even 35 miles away from the dealership my check engine light comes on, and car doesnt want to start when I put gas it in...not even home yet. Next day call Ronaldo and he has someone come to my job and pick up the car to get it fixed. I was feeling pretty happy. But no. Get it back a week later with no explanation on what the problem was, they oddly decided to pass the emissions test for me, deliver to me @ my job only for me to get 10 min down the road and the check engine light is back on. And car is shaking horribly hard . I was told by Ronaldo they wont pay for Firestone to tell me what exactly is wrong w/ it bc I drove it off the lot. I need 2 front tires they are horrible, got stranded on Saturday bc my car wouldnt start (needed a new battery mind you havent had this machine 2 weeks yet) . The hood is broken, wont stay latched looked like it was rigged to stay shut, and when popping the hood release, it crumbled in your hand. Im over it. Theres a lemon law. I have 30 days to return this car and even tho I love it and its beautiful its just not worth the lies they fed me. Oh and when getting financed I asked NOT to have my credit ran by several banks, Ronaldo said he only gave it to 4 banks, my credit reports shows 9. So. Another lie. Wtg!!!! Not. I dont recommend this dealership. They dont care what they sell as long as their get money.

This was hands-down the worst car buying experience ever. The car salesman not only yelled at my insurance agent for his first impression. He then proceeded to sell me a truck that he insured was well-maintained no issues and was a perfectly drivable vehicle. Oakwyck after owning the car not even having my tags yet, I have already been discovering several issues. AC compressor failure ignition switch issues transmission issues and key Fob failure. All this within a matter of 30 days or less. I call the car lot two days after the first issue and let him know the car is non drivable. He tells me call him on the following Monday and we will get it taken care of. I call no answer. I sent two emails also no answer and then contacted them on their direct website no answer. I finally drive the vehicle up to the car lot, where another car salesman answers the door when I come in when I tell him everything that is going on he simply repeat the words as is we sell everything as is. No attempt to make it right no attempt to help a former customer for good customer experience no just we sell everything as is and a repetitive response. Worst experience ever I will never do business with these people ever again and I will make this experience known to everyone possible it will not end here. You do not care about your customers you only care about the almighty dollar. Very unprofessional way to do business

Two years ago, my now ex husband filed for divorce and I panicked. I panicked because both vehicles were in his name. And two months prior to him filing for divorce, he filed Bankruptcy using both vehicles and the house as assets in his Chapter 13. I was in what seemed to be an impossible situation and may have found myself without transportation. I started shopping for vehicles. I watched as many cars were sold month after month, week after week, day after day. I was preapproved at many places: Car Bazaar, Kia, Ford, Drivetime & Toyota of Cool Springs. Car Bazaar assured me that they could/would help me purchase a vehicle in my name when I was ready and that I would have safe reliable transportation for me & my son. Elvis was just as determined as I was to get me into a vehicle that I would be happy with for years to come. On Friday, October 26th 2012 that day had finally come. I purchased a 2010 Kia Soul from Car Bazaar that is still under the manufacturers warranty for another 24,000 miles! The down payment was low compared to other dealers that were asking for $3,000 - $8,000 down. Elvis was professional and upfront with me so that there wouldnt be any surprises. Car Bazaar is lucky to have him!!! If you are shopping for a vehicle and are looking for honesty, quality and variety, you should go to Car Bazaar in Franklin! And, ask for Elvis!!! Thank You Car Bazaar!!!

They do terrible business. I traded in a perfectly good car for more room and the car I traded for needs work that will cost around 1800.00. I could see if it was a cheap vehicle I traded into but it was a 24,000.00 vehicle. Then when I confronted them the day after I purchased it when the problems became noticable they told me they would fix it. I get there that same day and they told me that there was nothing wrong with it and gave me a limited warranty which subsuquently doenst cover the problem. Now they dont want to stand up to their agreement. My car sold in two days that I traded to them and I am stuck with a car with issues when I am a working mom with two children in school. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. I will be reporting them to the BBB and finding out about the lemon law. Beware doing business with them!!! If only someone would have told me.
