Go elsewhere!! I have never been treated more rudely! I am a business owner and prior law enforcement... Tommy Pinson sold me a vehicle in October and he was very rude and unprofessional, as well as the service manager and the mechanic that was there. When we purchased the vehicle, he kept talking down to me after he saw how interested I was. They also showed me a two page list of things that they "replaced". A few days after purchase, I had to bring it back to get the oil changed and everything else that they said they worked on and didnt do. I had another mechanic check it out before I took it back and he confirmed everything that wasnt done. When I did walk back in there, Tommy Pinson wouldnt even let me drive it 30 feet in the parking lot to the garage, and when I brought up the fact that the other work hadnt been completed either, he made me wait for the service manager. When he walked up, glaring at me, he said (and I quote) "you said theres something wrong with your car?!" very rude and unprofessional to say the least. If I had talked like that to one of my clients, they would not use my services! So, I just told him no because I could tell with his attitude that it would be useless to talk to him at all. Then the mechanic came to move my car once again to another garage two bays over, and he proceeded to change the oil, as they said they did when I bought it. By the way, I know they didnt change the oil because the last person that changed it wrote his initials and the date on it. It hadnt been changed since January and this was in October!! Theyd only had the vehicle in for a few weeks too, so no telling how many miles were put on that filter before they got it. I also needed two new front axles as they were leaking a lot and their mechanic didnt notify me of that either. I had to take it in to NTB to get that fixed. Ended up spending close to $2000 in parts and labor when it was all done. I watched them do all the work and they did a great job, so I know its possible to do good work on it. There was no need for them to be so rude to me, and keep in mind that I am a fellow business owner and realize how people want and need to be treated. Do yourself a favor and go to where they actually respect you!

My experience in buying the 2007 Ford F150 at Alexander has been nothing short of awful. The salesperson I dealt with did not do the math correctly on the deal sheet that I took to the bank for the loan. Not only did he not catch it, but the finance manager did not catch it when I came to pick up the truck and finish up the purchase. I thought it seemed off while I was at the bank, I called the salesman, and he confirmed that the math was correct and that I only needed to bring the money that was listed on the deal sheet. Come to find out, he was $1,000 off in his math. So, the sales manager called me asking for an extra $1,000 because of THEIR mistake. He gave me a choice to pay it or bring the truck back before they would register it. After this was finally settled, the truck has had problem after problem. I have never had a vehicle with this many major issues in my life. The service department fixed several issues, but I never received any sort of break on price on any of these. One month after I purchased this truck, the wheel bearings went bad on BOTH sides. The transmission cracked and leaked fluid, the driveshaft broke, the starter went out and had to be replaced, and now it is at yet another garage and the mechanic is not sure what is wrong with it. This truck is a complete lemon. I am over $2,000 into repairs on this truck that I purchased with 55k miles and I have still not owned it for even 1 year. I wouldnt buy another vehicle from Alexander if they were the last place on earth.

The experience at Alexander Automotive was excellent! I found a car online and inquired about it through their website. I received a prompt phone call from Leny Ayala, who gave me a good description of the vehicle and asked if I had any questions. It was a few days later before we were able to go see the vehicle, but I texted Leny checking on the status of the vehicle and he was always very prompt with a response. When we went to look at the vehicle, it was exactly as it had been described online and in the photos and was in great condition. Leny was great to work with. He was extremely helpful and friendly and was very knowledgeable about the features of the car. The whole process from arriving at the dealership to purchasing and driving the car off the lot took about 1.5 hours, which included a 20+ minute long test drive. There was absolutely no pressure at all and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. There was no sitting and waiting for extended periods of time like we have experienced at other dealerships. I would highly recommend Alexander Automotive and Leny to anyone looking to purchase a quality used car.

My wife and I had been looking for a pre-owned vehicle for many months. After many frustrating visits at local dealerships, we heard that Dane Alexander had launched Alexander Automotive. Our experience was “above and beyond” expectations. Everyone at Alexander Automotive was extremely helpful and courteous. They put us at ease and made us feel welcome. Jimmy Gile was especially helpful and, after listening to our desires, pointed us to the perfect vehicle. The car was immaculate and drove like a dream. What a find! My wife and I could not be more satisfied. I highly recommend Alexander Automotive to anyone who is looking for that “special” car or truck. They have an excellent selection and provide superior service before, during and after the sale. Make a point of stopping by. You will not be disappointed.

Bought a used 2009 Toyota Tacoma from Alexander. Loved the service, very kind employees. However the truck has been nothing but problems since. First day I noticed the back window was pushed out further than the other. Looked closer and someone put a new piece of glass over the broken old one with broken pieces of glass still inside. They cocked around the glass and now its starting to leak. Then my tire blew on the driver side also cracking the hub cap. When I took it to get new tires they told me every tire was different all with different tread life. Now Im sitting in a brake shop because apparently the brakes havent been changed in quit awhile, and have started to eat into the rotors....

From start to finish, my experience with Alexander Automotive was first rate. Jimmie Gile treated me with respect and was patient with all of my questions and back and forth communication over the two week process of purchasing a vehicle. Morgan was terrific in assisting me with the actual purchase transaction, which was quick and painless. They worked with me on my trade in and purchase price. I drove away a very happy customer and will go back the next time I am in the market to buy.
