1st Location - So i was referred here by another company, however, i forgot which location it was but remembered the name. So i google a few locations and proceed to the closest one. The guy that referred from another dealership said they would accept a down payment of $500 so of course i come and excited to finally get into a vehicle! The salesman tells me to just look for the black guy, you wont miss him and hes joking about it, we laugh and i proceed to the nearest location. I get here and tell this salesman at Drive Now that I was told to ask for the black guy and he responds that they dont have a black guy working at this location. Thats fine with me, I would have still purchased a vehicle from there anyways, but without even hesitating, he says he doesnt think theres a single black person in the company, and continues to say that he doesnt think that this company hires black people. Im mixed with black so Im immediately pissed off! Hes saying it in a joking manner but some things just arent joke worthy. Needless to say, I left! BUT I proceeded to the next location, and no black people there either, alright, thats fine, third time is a charm right? NO! Tried another location and still not a black soul in sight! So I do some research and figure out that their corporate office is in franklin and its called AAG Financial, I make an honest call and ask to speak to the black guy there, of course, the person that answers the phone says that there isnt a black person that works there! A company this big and this old after research should be ashamed! Im writing a letter to a few news stations and civil rights organizations and the EEOC! I hope this guy is fired!

iv bought several vechicles from drive now the murfreesboro office is wonderful people that work there well my complaint is that i bought the extended warrante so you dont have to carry full coverage well i end up totaling it well i paid the 500 deductable and got another car from them well they added what i owed to the next vechilce wich it should have paid it off but no im still having to pay on it well at the present im buying two more vechilces from them im never late on a payment they never have to call me for nothing well recently iv had problems out of the one vechile i talked to amy yhe manager who will not return my call for nothing after she told me she would help me get into another vechile cause after one year u can do an upgrade i took the vechile to the shop to have them tell them whats all wrong with it well the mechanic of that shop said amy called them and all she did was bash me wish was uncalled for i guess this place doesnt like good customers that pay on time every time and never buy anywere els i guess i need to take my buissnes some were els because i guess they would rather deal with people that they have to chase for there payments unstead of someone like myself and why not just pay for full coverage on ypur insurance cause your going to get ripped off using there coverage cause your still gonna pay in the end what u owed on the other vechilce sincerly jerri waldrop

Hi folks! This is a polite message to whoever works for Drive Now. Thank you for being courteous when youre having a bad day and patient when someone is getting on your nerves. Howeva !! If your going to charge triple the blue book value of a vehicle and 890% interest then at LEAST answer the phone and stay the regular hours thats posted, advertised, and youre supposed to stay. YOU chose to work for a company that takes advantage of the low income, adversity stricken people who are desperate for transportation to get to their jobs, so YOU dont get the leisure of taking off when you want.

This the worst but here pay here in Tennessee! The sold me a car that had duct tape hold on the dust guard under the car. Then ZIP TIES to hold up the front bumper. They were extremely good at hiding it and they hid it on purpose. The sales manager there is a complete idiot and has horrible customer service. I know with a buy here pay here you get what you get, but they offer a warranty and do everything they can not to honor it. Now my car, that I have barely had a month, is leaking iol and the check engine light is on! RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!! Go to Carmack Auto Sales in Columbia.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Called to get some info about a company policy and was yelled at and hung up on. This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They are all a bunch of liars. Its nothing but a crooked scam. They take advantage of people in need and then treat the customer like crap! I am a customer. A good customer. I have always paid my bill on time, early and a lot of the time more than what I owe. I remain in good standing, but cant even get decent customer service. I do not recommend anyone to buy from this dealer ever!!

If you would like to be disrespected to the highest level. Then go to this place. Kevin was so disrespectful to me. I had to leave in order to keep from snapping on them. Ive never had anyone at a car lot period ever talk to me so disrespectful. If you want bad customer service and to be treated like crap go there. But I encourage you to seek a much much better options.

Jeremy was truly honest and amazing. He came to my apartment and picked me up, (which was over 20 miles away from dealership) because I had no way to get there. Within hour, we started paperwork, insurance, and warranty. Office staff was very nice and understanding. I would highly recommend them again!

If you are needing a vehicle I highly suggest going and seeing Jeff they didnt have what I was looking for on the lot but with just one phone call it was delivered the next morning and I was driving away he has taken very good care of my family

Good service good people but they ripped me off on a car that was overpriced. It broke down and I couldnt afford the repair so let the vehicle go and now they are taking my income tax return.
