My daughter bought me a coat from this store for Christmas . Ive never shopped at this store before and after this experience I never will. Because any money that is spent in this store must stay in this store. So if you want refund you only get gift card from their store..."clever business" .... I hate this store because it took almost 2 hours to exchange the item for another size. I had to stand in line 3 times 1st time 45 min in line because my daughter had sent a photo of receipt but the bar code was missing so I had to come back the next day as I couldnt get ahold of her till evening so the next day I stand in line another 35 min. then once the customer service rep got all my info I was told to go pick out another coat "but told YES" I had to get in line again. I grabbed the right size coat in 2 min came back to customer service counter but had to stand in line another 25 min to reach customer service rep { asked one of the service reps if I could just have the original rep finish me up quickly cause I already stood in line twice but she said NO. } 25 min later I reach service rep ... I then again had to show receipt and all my info a second time just as I had already done early " fresh from the start" ..... , BUT what really pisses me off is why do they need to scan my driver license ...why do they need all that info. off me for a simple exchange . when a receipt should be enough. TO ME THIS STORE SUCKS ..... I do not hunt nor do I fish .... and this was the worst experience Ive ever had for a simple exchange.

This Store is AWESOME! Specifically, I want to brag on John Bell and his team in the Tracker Boats section of the store! Recently, we came to the store (as we always do). Our kids LOVE looking at the boats and ATVs. They ALWAYS allow our kids to get up in there and check the stuff out (with us as parents with them of course.) They are always so friendly. Even though I am not currently looking to purchase a boat, when I am, I will be purchasing here because they know how to treat people! Its about the customer experience. We drive 45 minutes to this store almost weekly. Its that great! My wife and I call it our "Home away from home"! There are a lot of Bass Pro Shops, but you cant beat the best! Nashville, TN The trip is worth it, every time! Well done guys and gals!

Veterans Beware !! Went to Bass Pro to make a few purchases. Just spent several hundred dollars last week and since I am retired and live on KY lake I have lots of fishing needs. Got in a check-out lane, (only 2 were open), and waited my turn. The cashier finished with one customer and then started on the next. He look up, apparently saw my Cav hat and immediately told me he was closing, I would have to go to another line. His closed rope was not up and I was already standing there waiting, therefore I can only assume his decision was based on my cap. Reminded me of the treatment we received in the 60s. Just like the 60s, if you have to go there do not wear any military clothing.

I drove 45 minutes to go to this store. We just moved here and this was my first visit. To start, all the items I was looking for in their ad were either out or they did not have any in my size, which to some degree is understandable. I asked an employee for the location of the sleeping bag liners. The employee was right next to the sleeping bags and responded "I dont know where things are here, I just stock shelves". The next employee I asked said the same thing. You would think that if you stock shelves you would know where stuff is. Overall, not a great experience. Love Bass Pro Shops but the online version is what I will continue to use.

I walked into the customer "non service" desk and waited several minutes for a rep to show up. Finally I called the store on my cell and ask the operator to send someone to customer service. My gosh people its the first thing you see when you walk into the store and no one was there! Once you are in the store you had better be a good hunter or trapper to find and hold someone to help you. I caught one associate and he ran off between my first and second question. Be sure and price check. Some items are available at other outlets (Academy) much cheaper. The quality is not always the same but cheaper still.

Dont make it there too often, but my past trips have been successful. As for the service that some seem to not be happy about, I cant comment on, since Ive always know what I was looking for or figured it out myself. Though, I did just do an online (ship to store) purchase. So well see how that goes. The store, though, is very nice and attractive. They sell quality brands of clothes, which are more expensive than other stores, but they are higher quality brands. So, that is to be expected. I havent thoroughly looked at all the departments within, but all in all Ive seen satisfied.

Great store. DO NOT REGISTER FOR FREE GIVE AWAYS!!! I registered for a shopping spree at Bass Pro which required your cell phone number in order for them to contact you if you won. I never do give out my cell number but trusted the contest since it was Bass Pro. I did not check off that I approved giving my number out but every since, I have been getting scam calls almost EVERY DAY!!! I keep blocking them but I get a call from a different number almost every day. I use my number for my business and dont want to change it. I wish I had NEVER registered for the Bass Pro give away!!!

The worst hold music in history matched by an even more horrid customer service. The female I spoke with, "Emily" didnt leave the phone on hold during the time she said she was looking up a item number to see if they had it on stock. She picked up the phone when in the middle of her conversation to a male that had nothing to do with Bass Pro Shops, she said "are you still there?...yeah we have two in stock". I NEVER leave reviews, but this stood out to me.

This isnt one of the bigger Bass Pro shops that Ive seen but they do a great job. The fishing department staffers know the local lakes and rivers (and there are a LOT of them) very well and their enthusiasm is contagious. As an aside, outside of Bass Pro is about the only place in Opry Mills where you can find an open parking spot on the weekends which, if you frequent this mall, you know how important that can be.
