Jeff has been all out sports all of my life in the third person,, know I really did play a lot of sports growing up. Including boxing, baseball, basketball, tennis, golf which was and is my favorite. I also made a sport of going to concerts to see all of the greatest bands .. You know the ones that came out of the 70s. that is correct. I have had a great life so far.. and plan to continue. Oh and yes Academy they are great because everytime I go to play golf or something else to do .. i stop by there ,, because i always need something, Jeff Freeman

Great store with a 5% price beat guarantee if competitor is in Alabama. I have bought several things here and returned a few with no problems. The only thing that kept me from rating 5 stars is to do with the shoe dept. They have many styles of shoes but only one color combo in most types.

Academy Sports will always be a great place for pretty much anything outdoors. The service at the firearms counter is subpar. I have been there on more than one occasion and didnt receive any assistance.

Academy sports is to expensive. The things they sell are available at many other places for less. They arent friendly at all. I passed by many associates without a single hello.
