Terrible experience at this pro shop. I asked Jeff from the gun department if he could help me find .300 BLK ammo since i found none in the aisle and his was response was "well better keep looking" and then he got on his computer and listed all the websites i could "buy" from instead of looking in his system for any in stock...after that me and my sister proceed to head downstairs to see the big fish tank my sister asked the gentleman if he knew how many gallons were in the tank and his response was "why does it matter its a lot" and i inquired about how many species were in the tank and the guys response was "ill move so you can count them" and proceeded to walk away. overall i was very unimpressed by this stores lack of care for their customers. The cashier was nicer than every sales person i encountered on the floor ill stick to Cabelas instead at least i know im treated well there.

Was a great experience all around. Very clean store. The staff were very helpful and the one item we had that rang up different from the signage was taken care of quickly and efficiently. We had a lot of fun looking at the different "mounts" they had of various animals and the fish in the two tanks were fun to just sit and watch. We were able to take our time and just look around. Every area that we were in, someone asked if we were finding everything we needed. The only negative was that there was somebody there trying to get people to sign up for some type of "Vacation sales pitch". Had to tell her no three times before she finally backed off.

A typical chain store location. The staff is incredible though, so Im giving it an extra star for the Fly Fishing Dept. They actually took a rod out of the package and taught me how to fly fish on site in their pond. I really cant express how helpful these people can be. The folks at the Archery counter are also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They go above and beyond. Prices can be a bit rough, and the crowds and parking are a bit of an issue on weekends. I recommend stopping in here on the week days and have what you need in mind or you can get a little mired down in the center of the aisle "deals".

We had a wonderful experience with dinner here tonight. We had gluten-free dietary needs and had not eaten here previously so were a bit apprehensive to try it. We were thrilled that we did! Both our waiter and the manager were very helpful and knowledgeable about gluten. The manager even took pictures of some of the product labels to show me (without me asking). Since the deep fryer was cross contaminated they even offered to pan fry the tortilla chips for us!!!!! They most definitely went out if their way to accommodate our needs....and they were pleasant about it!!!!!!

Every gun that I purchased was cheaper at Cabelas and had to go and get a price match. They did not give me an in store debit card on a broken item return, they just gave me a bar coded receipt. When I tried to use it they gave me a hassle about not having a card. I told them I did not get one. Now I have to wait for corporate to send me one in the mail. Poorly trained staff except for the gun counter. Mathew was very helpful (Only reason for two stars and not one). Save yourself some time, aggrevation and drive to Cabelas. They are awesome!

I took my 1 and 2 year old to see Santa and it was a terrible experience. Stood in line for 45 min to be told I dont have a ticket for a time slot , so I wasnt actually in line to wait at all! Crowds of very rude people and told my 2 year old he cut in line for toy crane. Really he is only two and doesnt understand what that is. Merry Christmas and we wont ever be back!!!!

Went to buy a $1000 safe but when I asked the guy in guns to help me or find someone to give me a hand so I could check out the insides he was a total tool. Would stop for two seconds to find a way to make bass pro shop some money. Wasnt even busy at the time. Good way to lose a customer that was willing to spend a few hundred dollars.

Sold me a used and broken tent. Edit: Im updating my review as their exchange process was extremely easy once I explained the situation. The young man working the camping section the day I purchased the tent was also very helpful. Im just fortunate I chose to test it out in my living room rather than wait until I was out camping.

This is like having the whole catalog at your disposal. The shelves are filled and you can shop for boats, motors, and quad runners. The restaurant offers excellent fish and the smoked rotisserie chicken has the whole store smelling wonderful! The shooting gallery upstairs is great and the trout in the pond are a dream to watch.

I walked thru the front doors, and WOW!! IT was like entering an awesome Lodge somewhere in a Grand place. Wouldve liked to stay the nite in the Camping Section. I found the Fishing Lures I was looking for, the Staff helped immensely, I signed up for a Bass Pro Crédit Card and got $15 off my purchase. Nice! Thanks, TJ

Im not into a majority of the stuff they have here but I have to admit it is pretty amazing. Theres something for everyone. I was mainly looking at the guns and knives. It wasnt as far as I thought it would be when I recognized the location. Will definitely go back when the moment calls for it.

I love bass pro not only to shop for my fishing needs but I find my self taking my son there for the beautiful architecture and the largest fish tank Ive seen other than shed aquariums with 30 foot ledges large fish this is a budget friendly outing for families with a 50 cent arcade.

Great cool place with cool structures of people on mountains going over bridges + animals that are cool looking. Shopping wize it is awsome if your into the outdoors. Also has a huge fish tank with a water fall running into it with numerus kinds of fish that you can learn about.

Wow, I was quite pleasantly surprised about this restaurant which my parents chose. I ordered the ahi tuna and it was the best Ive ever eaten... and Ive eaten all over in Chicago. Ill definitely be coming back, plus its a fun spot for kids. My daughter loved all the fish tanks.

Best for my hunting needs, and the restaurant offers a little bit of everything. Has full bar. You are served a fresh mini loaf of bread while you wait for your food. The grouper Ruben is great. The buffalo burger is good as well. Oh and dont forget to have the alligator tail.
