I am new to the Orca Cooler world and I just have to say the customer service with this company is AMAZING! I recently purchased an Orca cooler while traveling on a business trip so that I can travel with healthier foods! I bought the cooler on a Tuesday but didnt actually use it until I was traveling home on Friday. I discovered a little issue with the cooler (which happens sometimes) so late Friday night I emailed Orca customer service to inquire if it could be fixed. I certainly didnt expect to hear back from them until at least Tuesday of the next week since it was late Friday night and also a holiday weekend. Within minutes I received an email stating they apologize for the issue and will send me a new cooler! WOW! They communicated with me all weekend and said they would mail my new cooler out this week! I was completely surprised when I came home yesterday to see it already on my porch! Again, WOW! They even threw in a little gift! With amazing customer service such as this, I am even more excited to use my new Orca Cooler and Chaser Cup! This is a First Class organization right here! I ordered the cooler online and the website said it was available. However, I never received notice of it shipping after 4 days of waiting I called and customer service told me they couldnt tell me when the cooler would be ready and to call back in two day . Since I was leaving on a six day rafting trip in 10 more days and the company had no idea when I would get the cooler. I cancelled the order. I believe the coolers are fine products, however the way I was treated on the phone and misled by the website makes it hard to want to do business with them. If you need the cooler within a 3 week time frame be cautious and I wouldnt order from them. I was so excited to get this product but left sadly disappointed and felt like they were not honest with their customers and the coolers availability.

I ordered one from Amazon a while back that would leak continuously from the drain plug. I contacted orca and they sent me a new plug, after that didnt work, I sent in my cooler and they replaced it free of charge, to include the shipping. I did have to wait a bit, supposedly because the lady that deals with warranty isssues goes through the email list one by one, but she was very friendly and was able to help me out when I actually spoke to her in the phone. All together, great company with great, American, products.

After waiting over 5 weeks and still being told it was going to be another 2 weeks for a cooler that was in stock according to their page I cancelled my order. I was considering ordering 15-20 of these coolers this fall for my business but not after this ordeal. You guys are the worst ordering experience I have ever had. Gave me the run around this whole time. ORDER NOW if you want your cooler by Christmas... I wish I was joking. Even RTIC is shipping out faster than these guys.

I wish you could give a 0 star, the customer service is terrible. Ordering things and it takes 3-6 months to get in...not to mention the answer from customer service is always "it should be here in about 2 weeks" however after those 2 weeks...its going be another 2 weeks. If you buy one of these things dont order from them directly!!!!!!

I was going on a two week hiking trip and received my Orca cooler 58Qt from Bed Bath and Beyond just days before and it was without a drain plug! I called up Orca (I believe it was Toni?) and they sent me one immediately. Superb cooler and customer service! Will get more of Orca products (its Made in the USA) in the future for sure.

Love My ORCA Pod. Had a problem with the Zipper, and Customer service was the best I have ever dealt with! SOOOO Helpful! I hope you are lucky enough to talk with Amanda. She Made the whole process a Breeze. I will now never buy any other cooler product besides ORCA! 5 Stars!

Good cooler, not as good as a Yeti, but also not as expensive. Just one thing: Why the hell would you design a cooler that is 1/2 an inch too shallow to hold a standard beer or soda bottle standing up? Major fail.

I bought a 26qrt Orca cooler awhile back and I love it. It keeps ice for a lot longer than the old coolers I used to have and it looks great too. Im looking at buying another one this summer.
