THEIR AD TELLS YOU ONE THING, BUT WHEN YOU GET TO CHECK OUT, EVERYTHING CHANGES, THEY ACT LIKE THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOURE TALKING ABOUT, WHY THE HASSLE, WHY CANT THEY JUST DO WHAT THE AD SAYS, INTEAD OF TRYING TO MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE " YOURE TRYING TO GET AWAY WITH SOMETHING ". IN ORDER TO GET THE PAIR OF SANDALS FOR THE PRICE THAT " THEIR AD " SAID, EVEN WITH THE AD " RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM ", THEY STILL ACTED LIKE I WAS TRYING TO PULL SOMETHING "WHYYY" ?

I like BJs, they seem to have a little bit better prices than Sams Club and Costco on a lot of things. They seem to have a different selection as well. I like their credit card they offer with the cash back rewards and gas discounts. They should give you longer than 6 months to accumulate for the cash back.. The only reason I give 4 stars is because of the Customer Service never has enough employees and wait there is long and slow.

Convenient location for a wholesaler in Mechanicsville. My only complaint would be that the checkout lines are always long. The self checkouts always have problems or are closed. Getting around in the store is easy with plenty of space to navigate between aisles and other customers.

As a weekend shopper we often hit busy times, but there is always close parking, clean carts inside the store, no empty boxes laying around and the checkout moves fast. Only the gas station is sometimes busy, but that is understandable since it is always 10c cheaper there.

Lots of selection of cool stuff with your grocery and supplies variations as well. Very decent prices and nice folks as well.
