This is the worst Costco I have ever been to. I have been to Costco Stores all over the United States due to military relocations. I have been going to this one for over a year now, and their produce is absolutely horrible. Its consistently horrible. I have complained and no one cares. Every time I attempt to purchase something in the produce section whether it is refrigerated or not, I have to thoroughly examine it because I always find rotten or close to rotten produce whether it is oranges in a box that I have to open to find the molded ones or bags of carrots or onions that I had to return because they were molded, or avocados that are spoiled or spinach that is spoiled. I love shop at Costco for produce. I was juicing frequently, but I have to walk away from so many of their products every time I go, I end up not getting what I need. I can understand if this happened occasionally but its every monthly visit. Its been over a year with no improvement. Its convenient but I have decided to just go to Sterling or Winchester. I give up!

As far as Costcos in this area go, this one is top notch. Its big, somewhat easy to find a parking spot during peak times, and it offers gas. They have self-checkout lanes as well. They offering more organic products these days, which matters to me and my family. Usually dont have a problem finding what I came to buy, plus a few other pleasant surprises each time I visit.

Its an awesome store! But just like any other Costco it can get pretty busy and packed at popular times (weekends and weekday evenings). Also, they sometimes dont have or discontinue products randomly and you are left having to try a new one. And lastly, the salad and asparagus Ive bought there a couple times goes (sometimes is already) bad SO fast!

The Cart stand is a little weird. The people taking the cart from the stand into Costco go across the exit door, most often causing a conflict. Also the staff here notifies you that they are ready to close almost an hour before. Sterling store does not do that even if you try to enter 5 minutes before the location closes.

Clean, friendly staff, great for lunch, fantastic optician and eyeglasses, tire dept goes the extra mile, well stocked store. They can run out of whole milk or it leaks(pick carefully) but they are always trying to improve this. Returns take a long time but are accepted with original packaging and a receipt.

Great stuff at great prices. Wide selection. Great customer service. Liberal return policies. Excellent house brands at great savings. Glasses and hearing aids have great return and repair policies. They will replace a hearing aid free if you lose it! They replaced my glasses free after I broke the frame.

The Pharmacy and Pharmacists at this Costco are top notch! They go above and beyond for their customers. Always smiling, professional, informative, courteous, fast, and make you feel like family. No other pharmacy can do that!! They should be commended and honored for the exceptional job performance!!!

Like most Costco locations, ugly as sin from the outside and useful (if often crowded) inside. Wish Costco could build more stores like the one in Danville, CA. That one is very nicely landscaped and well maintained on the outside and same functionality but a little less warehouse like on the inside.

Mis-quoted time by 4 employees, waiting hours for a set of tires that were pre-ordered and they do NOT care how long it takes. Would not recommend and will not be back. Ive bought my tires from Costco for years time to go somewhere with decent service. Leesburg, VA location never again.

Pros: One of the least crowded Costcos around. Easy to find a parking spot, gas lines are relatively small and also has the self checkout facility which moves things along faster. Cons: Has fewer food samples to taste. Some items that are available in other Costcos are not available here.

Im costcoholic. Costco cant be beat. The layout of this store is what Im used to visiting, but it is the opposite of the Sterling store. Staff are friendly and helpful, but his place can be bananas on the weekend and after 5 during the week, especially for gas.

Always a good selection of products and everything is very well organized. Parking is sometimes a little difficult and at peak times it is more crowded than I would like. But compared to the Sterling location this is a better choice.

I really like Costco in principal, and enjoy coming here when it is not crowded (avoid weekends). My only complaint is that the layout is not great, and it is sometimes hard to find things. I would love a digital store directory/map.

Costco is amazing. This one is especially good. Great and friendly service. There are always plenty of checkout lines open and there is always great prices. Plenty of sales and coupons. Also great price at the gas station.

They do teaser promotions...get a good item in the store, then not have it in stock for a long, long time. Should offer better samples for customers... chocolate cake, cheese cake, etc. Other than that, great ❗

I live in the middle 3 Costco locations (Sterling, Leesburg, and Chantilly), but my Costco of choice is the one in Leesburg - good customer service where their employees are friendly and very helpful.

I cant brag enough about Costco. We have been a member of Costo for almost 4 years now. Great quality and cheap price- none can beat! It also offers you the lowest price in gas and online car rental.

Its Costco! What can I say other than no beer or wine at this one. If you want that, go to the ones in VA. The rest is typical Costco. I havent seen Tiny there for a while though. Hope hes ok.

Standard Costco, usually extremely busy. Havent had to deal with the staff there yet beyond check-out where lines are normally long but they manage overall alright without to long of a wait.

Adequate variety of food and beverages at reasonable prices. Turnover of inventory can be quick. If you see something you need, then buy it. Many times it wont be there on your next visit.
