I bought my bike brand new from here, they have excellent customer service , but they do not know how to work on bikes... About 3 months later ,,i laid my bike down and grinded one of the oil covers...okay... so i took the bike back to get repaired...they ordered a new cover or cap ...they installed it (about 2 weeks later,,, and did not even call me to say the bike was ready,, i had to call them,, so,, i called and i asked ...DID YOU GET THE BIKE FIXED ,,,and they said,,OH ,,YA IT IS READY TO PICK UP,,no good). So,,i rode it about 15 miles and notice oil on my shoe,,so, now my brand new bike is leaking oil ..on the same side the cap was repaired on..I took the bike back and they said the leak was coming from the clutch area and said it was fixed...Got the bike back..Still leaking oil...Okay ,, i tell myself ,, no big deal a little oil leak, so i rode it about 3 months constantly checking the oil,, which was fine..okay.. now the stator goes out ,, i sented the bike back for repair,, they said they checked everything and could not figure out what the problem was so,, after about a month they called suzuki and finally figured out it was the stator..they replaced the stator ,, i got the bike back and it was leaking more oil than it was before i took it in..So i was finally done with them.. i took my bike to "BIG MA MOOS" moto repair shop in hampton,ga,, they found the oil leak within 3 days,, had it fixed within a week..They told me that whoever worked on my bike last ,, never changed out my gaskets when they replace my oil stator covers,, that is why the bike kept leaking,, C.P never changed my gaskets!!!!!no oil leaks since then...

I purchased a 1981 Kawasaki GPZ550 3 months ago. This bike had an aftermarket exhaust and air box, but Bo Bobbitt from sales told me that the owner kept the original exhaust and air box, and he was happy to ship it together with the bike. So I decided to buy it on that condition as wanted to keep the bike 100% stock (I live in South Florida so I could not pick up the bike personally, I had to ship it but trusted Bo on that). The thing is that I got the bike but never got the original exhaust and air box. I called Bo several times asking about it but noted that each call bothered him more. He kept saying he contacted the previous owner but he was too busy to ship me those parts. I kept begging him to help me getting those parts, as that was the reason I bought the bike and it is extremely difficult to get them anywhere else...but he kept saying "yes, yes I will let you know...." I never got a call from him again (although he had called me every day when he wanted to sell me the bike). Besides, the bike has some problems and is not in the condition described, but that is another issue and I can deal with that. What I cant stand is Bos constant lies. Anyways, these guys are not people to trust if you buy on line. Avoid it if you can. Perhaps if you deal with them in person you get better results, but me... I am very frustrated and wanted to share my bad experience to help other potential buyers.

The Service Department is very very poor. I have taken my ATV there for repairs a couple of times over the past few years most recently a month ago. Each time I have had a similar experience, namely it sits for up to a month and then they call with very little insight to share. They are hard to get in touch with to get info and have no sense of urgency around moving repair jobs through the shop. Specific examples: a year or so ago it took over a month to get my carburetor cleaned out, a 30 to 45 minute job. More recently I brought my ATV in for a diagnostic on the transmission and it took again around a month for them to say my carburetor needed to be cleaned out with no insight on the transmission. I had only run the ATV once since the last time they cleaned the thing out and I drained the carburetor afterwards. When informed of this, I had to suggest a course of action to move forward rather than their suggestion on additional work that I didn’t consider needed. I complained a year ago to the owner in a polite way and provided constructive criticism but none of it has been implemented. The only reason I gave them a shot again was their location. Clearly they are not interested in improving their service department and as a result they have lost me as a customer. I can not speak to the sales side of the business but I will not be going to them again.

After several times being told that their service dept. was fully capable to change my tires I finally got new skins and called to see if they were able to fit them in on Saturday. Mike in Sales said yes ( he also sold me the bike when he was at another shop years ago, so we go back a few years). I show up in the service dept. and some grumpy old guy said they might be able to get them done that day "cuz they was busy". Anyway..........long story short I call a few hours later and now Im talking to someone else. He says he got one done but was having trouble getting the other one to seat. I show up a few minutes later, he says he wishes he had 185psi shop pressure. We talked a few minutes and I asked him if he had taken out the valve stem...........he wanders off and few minutes comes back and still no go. Says hes tempted to pour ether in it and drop a match........I said fine as long as you dont scratch the rim. Guess where Im going with this........... Both rims scratched! I totally flamed out! I am now waiting for the owner to call me back and see what he has to say.............if Im taken care of then this is it, if not...........the fun has just begun!
