If I couldve given this place 0 stars, I would have. I initially spoke with a man named "French." After having my bike in the shop for a week and nothing being done to it, I began to complain. Then they decided to lie about ordering a part for my starter and never ordered anything. They used "glue" to put some switch back in place which they charged me $100 for. Not only was my bike still not running, but "French" requested that I make the $100 payment (in person, or over the phone) before they did anymore work on my bike. Lets do the math, they charged me for an hour of electrical labor ($85/hr) and wanted to charge me by the hour for each job instead of fixing my bike in one session. So if they performed 4 tasks that =$340 plus the parts fee they "order" or chop from other bikes in the shop. After speaking with Dana he said "Well I could charge you $120" clearly throwing his weight after I called complaining. After complaining to Dana (I guess hes the shop owner, but they keep that a secret too, and say they dont have management) French was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful yelling at me over the phone to not call him, call Dana if I had any questions about my scooter, saying how "He didnt appreciate asking to talk to management when he was trying to "swindle" me. When I came and picked up my bike there was another tech being hired, after I was told plenty of times "the techs arent at work today." This was the worst customer service experience Ive ever had in my life, and as long as people continue to shine light on the type of business these people are running, they wont be running it for much longer. I wouldnt recommend ALL IN CUSTOMS to an enemy. French is a horrible customer service representative and needs to be fired; And I honestly dont believe they really know how to fix bikes. BBB please please PLEASE come and put these people out of business.

All In Customs in Atlanta, GA had my Honda Shadow for almost two weeks to change the tires. First, I was quoted 2 hours and $165 (the $165 was in addition to the $100 I had already put down for the tires). I waited a few days and called to check in on it. They hadnt started it and said the technician wasnt in. A few more days passed and I went to the shop. My bike was the only bike outside and not only was it not even started, but it was covered in sticky residue. I talked to one of the guys there and he said he moved it out to start working on it. I waited two more days and called to check in on it. This time Kevin answered, stated it wasnt ready, and that they work on commission so Nate (the one who originally took the job) needed to do it and he was off. Nate called and said it was going to cost more labor. The story goes on - me calling and them saying its not ready and costing more...trying to add another $200 to it. Bottom line it ended up taking over two weeks and $415 for two tires to be changed. THEN, I pick the bike up and while driving on I-75 realize something is wrong. I DONT HAVE ANY BACK BRAKES! I ended up taking the bike to another shop, that pointed out everything was wrong - brakes not attached right, chain backwards, etc. So, not only was it completely terrible service, overpriced with questionable integrity, they put my life in jeopardy by not making sure my bike was in safe working condition.

This past Wednesday I needed some work done on my ’04 Sportster. I was worried that I was looking at worse a brand new clutch. The gear pedal was starting to stick. I would almost have to kick myself off the bike to get the pedal to move from one gear to another. So I Google motorcycle shops in midtown Atlanta. In Custom showed up pretty low in the rating but very close to where I stay (East Atlanta). I talked to a guy called Spade. He seem pretty nice on the phone. So I jump on my bike hoping I had one last couple of shifts in the pedal. When I got to the shop they were working on remodeling and fixing the place up. I talked To Spade; he’s a certified motorcycle mechanic. Right off he agreed that it could be as simple as adjusting the shift cable to replacing the clutch. He made it clear that the clutch should last the life of the bike. And most clutches that end up needing replacement, are from an abusive rider. I was lucky. I only ended up needing an adjustment on the gear shifter cables. So for now I’m shifting without having to kick the clutch pedal. Spade is a good honest hard working man. He is not looking to get rich. Just want to provide for his wife and kids. So next time you need work done on any type of bike give him a call.

Dont take your bike to this place! I took my 2009 Kawasaki Ninja 250r there on September 22 with a broken right peg and some scratches. There was a crack in one of my fairings. The right peg was never order until I went there October 7th and told them that I was taking the bike to be repaired at another shop. They said they hadnt ordered it because they couldnt find the peg and peg mount originally. However, when I told them I would take the bike to another shop, they magically found the parts within 15 minutes and ordered them on the spot ...this was October 7th. My bike had just been sitting there from September 22-October 7th without any of the parts being ordered. Anyway... they sealed up the crack and sanded the paint off the fairing to prepare to repaint it ...except they never painted it. So when I took it out of the shop October 12th, I had paint missing on a hug part of one of my fairings. The cost for all of this: $420. Dont waste your time. Dont waste your money.

If I could give zero stars I would. I cant believe this place is even still open! Hands down the worst customer experience Ive had with any business! I took a brand new scooter into this place for a bor kit upgrade over 3 months ago. They gave me excuse after excuse on whats wrong with my scooter.Mind you it was brand new going in, these guys charged me for parts on my bike they broke and took 3 months for something that shouldve taken a few hours. On top of that tried to charge me $500 on a scooter worth $700.I asked for a quote multiplie times and until the day I decided to move my bike to another shop they finally give me a bill for $500!! The bike was in pieces and they quoted me for 5 hours of labor!! They make prices as they go and will get over if they can.Stay Away!!! They also failed to mention that its illegal to ride over 50cc without a motorcycle license.I repeat!! Dont take anything to this place!! Lets just say im on my way to small claims court now.

Dont go here expecting them to have the parts that you need (or to have it ready for you in a reasonable time). Order your own, THEN come here for them to replace the part or to put it on. I myself had to do a chain replacement. Ordered it from online and took my chain, front sprocket, and rear sprocket here. No appointment was made, and he quoted me before I went there what the price was going to be for the 1.5 hours of work. Took him more than 1.5 hours to replace my chain because he did not have the right tools but he was determined to finish it. I had a solid rivet link which broke his two of his riveting tool pins (riveting was why it took more than 1.5 hours). At the end, he only charged me for 1.5 hours for the work and my bike is not riding around with a dangling chain anymore. Very satisfied. And the thing I liked the most is that its an open garage so you can watch them do the work on your bike and ask questions.
