I guess they assume that the whole world knows all about them, even if youve never been to one. Failed to give me important relevant information when I spoke to them on the phone even though I asked, which led to one of the worst days ever trying to get a tire on my bike. Manager is like, "Its a well known fact that we wont take your rim off the bike." Well known to whom? I must have missed the giant billboards all over town advertising this fact and making it well known. He even tried to make it my fault by leading the conversation with, "You only asked about prices, isnt that right?" No dude, I asked about installation specifically and your clerk admitted he should have said something, then he went and got you and now its suddenly all my fault. You could have been nice about it, but instead you chose to blame the customer. Keep your bloody store, there are many others to shop at.
