Terrible owner. Treats his "employees" like crap. Tim has a terrible temper and work ethic. Hes currently looking for shop techs but beware. He makes you sign a contract that if ANYTHING gets messed up on a build...even when its HIS FAULT....he makes you pay. He doesnt pay by the job...but a meager salary thats close to minimum wage. No wonder he cant keep good help. Since he cant keep help....he cant get builds done on time. Since he has no techs at this time....dont expect to see your bike by Spring when its time to ride.....find a reputable shop....I can refer you to many that dont do bad business....bills unnecessary hours and over charge for parts and marks up the paint jobs by 200%.....He wont be in business much longer. The only reason the shop is even still around is because of the silent partner must suffer from dementia and has more money than he knows what to do with......these guys are thieves.

Vain Glory

So their website claims no appointment needed and tires installed while you wait. I took my bike here needing a front tire, wanted to purchase one from here and have them install it. They didnt even have my front tire in stock and wanted to order it, I said I can go buy one at the dealer around the corner and bring it for him to install and he said he cant do that... even the dealer will install new tires if you bring your own. This is just bad business and customer service. They sure didnt earn my business and me nor any of my biker friends will be going here in the future.

This guy is a crook. He totally destroyed the carb on my fathers bike right before he left for Sturgis. He did careless work and was rude and basically said tuff luck about the whole deal. He also scratched the heck out of my truck with his keys while he was leaned up against it talking and when I confronted him about it he said quote " that sucks" . You couldnt pay me to take a tricycle to this guy .

Excellent customer service! He helped me with questions well past opening and closing time!! The owner was honest and answered my questions quickly via text. As of 6/8/17 they do not work on rockets but they will help you find a reputable place that does.
