This is for the new ownership. They treated me like a child. Took the keys out of the bike that I was sitting on. Jaime: "dumbass, playing on the bikes" I heard him converse with an associate while they didnt know I was in the parts department. Jaime and Keith spoke with an arrogance, know-it-all attitude, though when I started asking about the similarities between kawasakis KTS and Hondas he showed no knowledge of either. He then went on to fight with me, saying "we never had ABS until now so people can really go without it. Its nothing special" I informed him that I would be getting ABS for at least my wife, who has no experience on motorcycles. He said, "you definitely dont want to get her the ABS either, you will make her dependent on it". Stupid, its there to save her when she over reacts to a bad situation. Its not like she would be locking up the tires constantly. DONT GO HERE! I drove over to Clinton County Motorsports where everyone is family. If interested in buying anything on wheels speak with Brad or Mike. CCM let me pay what I could on the down payments and held the bikes for nearly a month. Bought 2 bikes from the crew at CCM and refuse to go to Middletown even though its a mile from home. As I sat in the parking lot, a guy shot out of the shop on a quad that was in for service and started doing wheelies in the parking lot. He then turned left out of the lot to the top of the hill and raced clear to the light and back doing wheelies. Must had done as least 65MPH in a 35.

This place is a piss poor excuse for a business! I took my can am 800 outlander there for a normal service and a complete look thru for anything that may need worked on. I told them that my drive belt was starting to slip and wanted them to check it out also. They told me it would be done in about 3 days and they would give me a call......well after 5 days I still hadnt heard from them, so I called them. They told me it was all done and ready for me to pick it up. The next day I went there to pick it up....now this was and hour drive for me one way. When I got there, they told me it wasnt ready and they hadnt even started on it! They acted like I was a total dumbass and like I lied to them about me calling the day before. It was another week before it was finished and when I got home I took it out for a test ride and the belt was still slipping! I called them and they said the belt was fine and wanted me to bring it back and I told them to go to hell! I took the belt off myself and checked it, and it was bad and needed replaced! then I decided to check other things and found out that the motor oil had not been changed either! They are crooks and liars! I found a new dealership in Batavia called Octane Outlet of Eastgate that just opened last year and they are a great bunch of guys, and I recommend them to anybody! I cant believe Middletown stays in business with their ethics!

This is based purely on my experience. I did not buy a bike here. But I have now visited multiple times, and these guys are pretty great. I went to check out some accessories, and Im new to the area so I also wanted to see what my new local shop had. The salesmen greeted me when I walked in, and didnt pressure me about anything when I checked out their selection. They had a decent variety of models, anything from a grom to a Busa. They have a back room with 50-80 more bikes so that front showroom is not the end of the road. They didnt have prices shown, and I guess thats a personal decision by the owner, but that would annoy the crap out of me if I was buying. Be sure to go in there with a firm price from the internet or another dealer, but any good shop will let you know how far they can go after you ask. The parts guy was nice, they have a decent apparel selection. I ordered a few things, and he said they would be in only 2 days later, and they were. They have some accessory mounts and headsets so you could probably get everything you need if youre a first timer with a laundry list of wants. Its located in the back of a dead end, so if you buy a bike and then need to practice on it, you can because there is no traffic. All in all, they commented on my bike and everyone was pretty nice and chatty, so if youre in the area I would give them a look.

Really disappointed by the customer service in this shop. Spoke with someone on the phone at the shop, who had returned my inquiry / email - which I appreciated. I knew the exact bike I was interested in. Was told it was probably in the warehouse, NOT on the floor. Asked for the out the door price for the stock bike. Was told I needed to come in and talk with him to get that information. No, I shouldnt need to do that. Just tell me the price of the bike out the door. Was told he didnt know / couldnt tell me. Was told I would just take the price to someone else and get it for 100 dollars less. Was told if I bought it elsewhere I would pay too much. But wait, if I buy it elsewhere, I will be paying too much? Huh? If youre confident in your price, just share it. (Also, theres nothing wrong with price shopping!) But of course, this person couldnt say, "Heres the price..." This went back and forth until I finally had to hang up. Felt rude for hanging up, but was getting nowhere.

Called for a rear tire on my Kawasaki Vulcan 2000. First I called the parts department to order the tire and then the service department to schedule a time. The tire was going to take two days to come in (not bad). When I talked to the service department they said, if I took the tire off the bike and brought it in, then it would take 24 hours. If I wanted to drop off the bike it would take three days. Three days for a tire! Most shops I can wait there and its done within two hours. When I asked them "what if I was traveling through the area and needed a tire, could you put it on while I waited?" They answered no that they are just to busy. I called the parts department and canceled the tire order. Then I called Vista Kawasaki in Kettering and had the tire on the same day it arrived without an appointment. If a service department is so backed up dont you think they would hire more techs? Just an amateur operation and not worth the headaches.

I went here a few months back to buy a z400 right after my buddy bought one. I talked with the "salesman" Keith and he gave me a price of $6000 out the door and I signed the papers. After he went to the back he came out and said that I couldnt have it for less than $7200, which is $400 than what my buddy paid for the exact same quad there the day before. I asked Keith to give me the papers I signed earlier for the price of $6000 and he said he shredded them. Then he started asking me if I had money problems and if that was the reason why I wouldnt pay $7200. The whole experience was a total nightmare. I ended up buying the quad from Competition Accessories for $6100 out the door. Please never go here ever for parts or bikes, they have to be the worst people ever to do business with. They embarassed me and my dad and ripped off my friend.
