After allowing some time to pass after my initial poor customer service review, (I went in to the store to ask someone if the gear shifter can be adjusted on the Viper 150cc dirt bike because I have to completely shut off the bike to put it in neutral [which it can be adjusted, found the answer in owner/operators manual], his response to me was that its rider error and that it was my fault.) I tried to have the dirt bike which I purchased from this business serviced by their mechanic. However the owner blaine was very upset, rude & has threatened to sue me for "slandering" after my one star review. I refuse to ever return to this business ever again after this ordeal. I am a USMC vet who served honorably and I have never had such a disgraceful experience with a local business owner. I apologize for anything that I may have done wrong but BLAINE (owner) I truly hope that you find the help you need to be a much better business man.To all consumers reading this I hope that you heed this warning and stay away. P.S. Look at his reply in regards to my review. Hes very immature and spiteful.

I just wanted to thank Blane and his wife. We spent Saturday shopping for a scooter for basic local transportation for my son, and we thought we might want to get a couple more for myself and my GF to play with around town and to ride around FL when we go there. After stopping at some of the other larger dealers from Commerce to Marietta, Blane and his wife were the most personable, CUSTOMER oriented, none BS spewing people we met that entire day. We took our sons home on Saturday, and ordered 2 more scooters we will pick up later this week! If you are in the market, I would HIGHLY recommend Mooney MotorSports for all your needs...new, used, service, etc. They are worth the drive! Were having a BLAST!!

Mooney MotorSports is the real deal! I found Mooney Motor Sports online and was only about 30 minutes from me...so off I went...I explained to Blaine the nightmare I had been through and he was ready to make me a happy customer. The customer service at Mooney Motor Sports is the best. Blaine is extremely knowledgeable about his business and how to make his customers happy and satisfied! It has been 3 months since my purchase and my son just loves his new mode of transportation at Clemson. Thanks to Blaine and his staff for making me a happy consumer. I highly recommend Mooney Motor Sports. You wont be sorry!

Last week, I have received informative and patient customer service over the phone and in person at their store. That kind of consistency brings comfort and confidence in my purchase of my moped. I asked multiple questions to the young man and lady at the store, who both were very friendly, received enough information before I left the store. I never felt hurried or pushed to make any decision. The young man even checked on me whilst I tested my new moped after I purchased it. Sadly I need to bring it in for repair but I trust only Mooney Motorsports to take care of me..

Blaine and his wife are awesome! !! I bought a 110cc ATV ....they gave me tons of info before i walked out the door....a total walk around of the ATV by their on site mechanic with more info. ...Blaine even offered if i had any problems with the ATV on Christmas i could call him....this place is awesome ....prices are fair....service is excellent. ....
