I thought I was going to get a great gift for father day ended up as $170.00 mistake. My wife went to our closest dealer for a cover, they stated they didnt have it but the closest place was Thunder Tower so my wife drove 50 miles asked for the outdoor cover, they gave her the indoor cover. I did not realize until I opened the box that it was the inside cover. I immediately put it back in the box. my wife took it to exchange it the next day, they told her they would not exchange it because it had dog hair on it. ( we have an out side dog) he offered to take it back for not even half of what we paid for it the day before. I was quiet upset upon hearing this from my wife so I asked to speak with the Manager, the Parts Manager and I spoke, he stated that he would give credit of $100.00 but thats all he would do. I was so upset I told him not only was I not going to loose $75.00 on the deal(tax) But I would keep it and never buy anything from Thunder Tower again. I wish I would have known that before I purchased a helmet the same day for $140.00 I would not give them another dime. please be cautious of buying anything from this dealer! if they wont honor there merchandise for 24hrs. without trying to rob you I certainly wouldnt buy a bike, parts, or anything for that fact. just tired of the little guy always getting stepped on by the business that dont care. customer no service!! go to a responsible Harley Dealer they are out there!!!!!!

My husband & I went to Thunder Tower West H-D to purchase our new street glide & we received some of the best customer service out there. Ashley, the sales lady, was just wonderful. She helped us find exactly what we wanted, but did not once pressure us to make the purchase right then. Also, Wayne from the service department was one of the big reasons we went with the street glide special because he took the saddlebags off & showed my husband how to preload the shocks & he showed him a lot of the cool navigation features also. Ashley & Leonard & even the owner all worked together to get us the best deal possible that fit perfectly into our budget. Everybody in the merchandise department was very helpful too in helping us find good helmets & all the other things that we needed. The deal went perfectly smooth from start til almost finish, when the finance manager, Craig, came out of his office & tried to be sneaky & come tell me that they were only going to be able to throw in one riders class instead of the 2 that we were promised as part of the deal Ashley worked out for us. So needless to say that just about completely killed all of our joy, but Ashley was able to reassure us that he didnt know what he was talking about & everything worked out & I was able to hit the gong & celebrate the purchase of our very first Harley!

Worst Experience ever, the salesman was nice but the remainder of the staff were rude. When it came time to talk about the finance part, they wouldnt tell me the interest rate that the bank had given me, there were a few issues with the bike that I chose, I simply asked them to fix the issues before i completed the purchase, they kept giving excuses why they couldnt fix the simple issues that i had with the bike. So, being that i was unsatisfied with the performance and the professionalism of their staff, i called asking for the Boss(Owner), who told me that he was the owner of the dealership, (i have the phone call recorded, for quality assurance.) his name was Shaun, who was extremely rude and condescending, the actual owner of the dealership is Mr. Gene Preston, of whom I plan on speaking with tomorrow before I post an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau, complete and utter madhouse, If i am willing to spend 11,000+ at your dealership i expect, respect, dignity, and your undivided attention. There is no way on this green earth that i would ever purchase anything from these people nor would i recommend anyone do business with this dealership either.

The bike was as expected. The problem came with the pay off on our trade. We owed just under $700, we signed the contract on the 4th of the month, giving the finance department ample time to send a check to pay off our trade in, the next payment being due on the 1st of the following month. The pay off check wasn sent off until the 23rd of the month. We spoke multiple times to the finance department for resolution and were told to "stop payment" on our old loan, if we would have done this, would have been the only late payment on this loan in the 3 years we had the loan. Consequently we paid both on our old and our new bike. This is completely unacceptable. We will not be doing business with this dealer again. We were also told multiple times "well call you right back", they never did. In addition, it took them two weeks to pick up our trade in, which was picked up the same day our new bike was delivered, which, by the way came without the dealer tag, requiring yet another trip to the dealer to pick up. Horrible customer service for a prestige company such as Harley Davidson.

I have been browsing dealer used stock for two years until the salesman at Thunder Tower West said he had a bike with everything I had listed to him. Sure enough it was a fit. The salesman handled the discussion with finance so I did not have to haggle. He presented doable options and payment zones to fit my budget. Met the finance officer and signed the papers. After four hours, I owned my desired bike. Next to the shop techs for check out and service. They were knowledgeable and friendly and willing to share info. Date was set for pick up and they met it. A couple items are on the owe me list but nothing major. Overall a pleasant and smooth transaction with skilled and friendly people. I could easily have gone elsewhere but I gave the new operation a chance and they came through with flying colors. This is my go to dealership now. Give them a chance and I believe you will be satisfied.

Thought it would be a good experience to but my first harley here. Then i bought a second bike because i was told it would be big enough for two people, a Dana Street Bob. I had to purchase mounts and pegs along with a seat in order for it to be comfortable like the sales guy had explained. The bike is not at all what they sold me. I now wanted to upgrade so my wife could ride safely with me and they will not allow it without at least 3,000 down. Keep in mind i havent had to put anything down on my first two bikes. They are unwilling to work with anyone. A friend of mine took his beulle 1203 to get a service done, they proceeded to leave bolts out of his primary cover creating a bigger oil leak. Also when installing his new tires they left his brake lines un mounted. I would highly recommend go to the Newnan location and stay away from this one. They have much better customer service.
