TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE! Shoppers beware, do not shop there. Store is filled with dishonest salesman that are merely out to cheat you. We went there to purchase a sofa for our Living Room. We told the salesman, Jimmy, that we have very limited space to work with. We gave Jimmy the dimensions of our room, and he brought us to a very a nice looking leather gray sofa. Jimmy assured us it will fit in the space, and since it was floor model, the cost was reduced significantly. We thoroughly checked the sofa to ensure it was free from defects, especially since there were a lot of mechanics in it. Each piece worked, and we pleaded with Jimmy to take it off the floor when we left so that it would stay working when it arrived to us. He assured us he would, and we therefore purchased the sofa. To our dismay, when it arrived a few weeks later, it wasnt even close to fitting in the space, the delivery man saw that right away...and some of the mechanics were broken. I called the store, and Jimmy was like ooops, sorry, I forget to factor in the depth of the sofa and only calculated the length. Oops! That is all you have to say, oops?! You sell us a non-refundable item, and that is all you have to say, oops?! Isnt this your profession, Jimmy?! We spoke to the manager, and after lots of back and forth, with very irrational people, all they were willing to do was refund us 1k of the 3k purchase price, and to pick up the sofa. In other words, we, the customers, would be out 2k, with no product. How ridiculous is that?! We clearly did not accept the offer, luckily we purchased the warranty, which were truly hoping functions better than the store.. We WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN, AND we CAUTION YOU NOT TO AS WELL. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, feel completely cheated.

When my wife and I were first married we bought some bedroom furniture. Taste and times have changed and we were looking for more modern bedroom furniture. It was very hard to find surprisingly and what we found was either very cheap or very expensive. Creative Furniture Galleries on Rte 46 in Fairfield was the answer. We found that they had many modern furniture designs to choose from and several that we liked. It took a while to decide but we really like what we bought. We also found that the sales person was very patient and knowledgeable and was a great help in making our decision.

What a scam, they lied to us and said they had stock when we ordered because we said we wanted our furniture fast (This was in December). However after ordering they said they did not have stock and it would come by February. We decided to wait and after a week they told us it would arrive April. This is unacceptable why would they tell us it was in stock the first place? Now our daughter is the only one without a bed because all our other furniture from a different store arrived on time. Dont waste your time here, horrible costumer service.

We are very happy with the contemporary bedroom furniture we purchased at Creative Furniture Galleries. It is modern and sleek but also unusual. Not the plain veneered of lacquered stuff you see in discount furniture ads with the owner doing his own commercial. This is contemporary, imported Italian furniture.
