Lets start out by saying that I was excited to get a new couch set for my living room after buying my first house. I go to this store thinking that I was getting better furniture than Walmart. I pick out a sofa, love seat, and electronic recliner. Fast forward a bit, the couches seam on the arm was coming undone. They came and repaired it for me. Months later the padding on the arms on both the recliner, one side on the couch and one side on the love seat fell flat. They said it was due to my dog sitting on the arms, a 5lb chihuahua. I never had anyone sit on the arms. If they are saying that the padding fell flat due to a small dog, then what does that say to a person resting their arm or head? Isnt the arm of the couch and chair supposed to with stand the weight of an arm or head, which is much heavier than a tiny dog? I have the tech guy come out again to fix the issues of my furniture because not only did the padding fall flat, but a staple was coming out the side of one couch, my recliners powers source went out, and the the stitching that they repaired had another issue. So, the tech looks at my furniture, just takes photos, and leaves. I get a call back from the store telling me they will send a new power source for the recliner, and replace my love seat, but not the sofa. Youd think this was somewhat good news, just wait. The lady asks me when I was going to pick up my new love seat because they were not going to deliver it. See, the sales guy who arranged the delivery for me didnt use Raymour and Flanigan delivery service. He told me that Raymour doesnt deliver in my area, so I would have to use another company. Plus, I had to pay in cash $300 to the delivery guys. Fast forward to my current situation, Raymour said since a third party was used for delivering my furniture that they will not exchange the love seat. If I wanted to I had to pick it up or arrange a third party to deliver my love seat. That meant another $300, which would be the cost of the love seat. So, I wasnt getting a "free" exchange, but paying for a new love seat. Now Im stuck with the defective love seat that they claim is a replacible piece due to a manufacturer problem. Even my bed frame was also delivered by a third party that was not Raymour, so hopefully, nothing happens to my bed. They give you the run around not just with customer service on the phone, but even at the store. I would never buy from them again, and I cant wait to replace this piece of crap with better quality furniture.

I purchased a $5700 dining room set from this store in November and it has been a nightmare ever since. The delivery window that was given was wrong as they came 2 hours ahead of time. I could not leave work so I had a family member come over to oversee the delivery. When I got home i noticed that there was a huge hole underneath the table, two chairs were badly scratched and covered with marker, the lights on the hutch blew out as soon as i turned them on, and the knobs for the hutch were placed so unevenly that one was a full inch higher than the other. I called for service and they wanted me to wait two weeks for someone to come, so i called the store. The sales rep said they would do a re-delivery of the items that i had an issue with. second delivery i see the service man drop the new chair out of the truck and then repair it with marker in my driveway! I asked him what was wrong with it when he brought it in and he pretended not to speak english. The second delivery man scratched the hutch against my front door damaging both the hutch and my door. When i told him what he did he denied it, and when i asked him to take the damaged furniture out he wouldnt. The "new" table had one leg that didnt fit, so they KICKED it in place, enough so that the leg had a scuff mark and dent on it. when they put the hutch in place i told him again about the scratch he denied it and blew the plaster that fell off of it underneath as if i wouldnt notice. I was completely horrified by the experience and refused to sign for delivery but as they were leaving i opened the hutch to notice that one of the shelves was broken in half!!! I called customer service and some nasty woman picked up telling me what the set was supposed to look like, even though she had only seen it online. she refused to replace it until i threatened to dispute my cc transaction. third delivery two "new chairs" still scratched, had to get covers because the surface is not durable at all. new hutch still has a scratch in it. called customer service and they offered me a $100 credit on a $5400 set. this place and their furniture is GARBAGE.

Purchased a $3000 bed & mattress. Requested a morning appointment they stated that was not open. I made arrangements to have someone there for the 3 hour afternoon appointment. I received a call 10 minutes before delivery which is now 1 hour earlier than the appointment. I had to return home for the delivery. Very poor planning on their part and terrible customer service. When the delivery was made it was incomplete and they wanted to deliver the mattress pad that they stated if not used would void the extended warranty. The appointment was the next day all day. The salesman and the product were good. I was going to use them to furnish the remaining rooms in the home but now I will use other company. Once again a situation where the employees do not care about the company they work for until the pink slip arrives due to poor sales.

Comfortable chairs, yes, quality??? A ZERO! I bought 2 accent chairs friday, delivered monday, tuesday button came off on one chair. Called service department, will not fix until nxt friday. Today, another button came off on the other chair, called customer care, was on hold for almost 20 minutes, had to call them again on a different phone to tell them i have been on hold. Finally, get the chance to talk to customer care manager, she cant do anything because they cant see the problem, offered to bring to store, she said no, wait for service nxt friday.asked if i could return and charge me stocking fee, she said no again. So frustrating! Their policy sucks and it hasnt even been a week and already the chairs are no good. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM! Sorry Raymour and Flanigan, you just disgraced a good customer.

Always appreciated its product quality and range but am a little disappointed as last month I did complete home shopping from fairfield center. It wasnt a great experience as there were lot issues to be sorted at every step. But what disappointed me the most was the new rug which I picked for the sitting area , its quality is very bad. cn you imagine that the fur is coming out and getting peeled off from Day 1. When tried complaining the only thing they say you picked it from deal ..so what deals are offered everywhere so does that mean quality deteriorates then they should mention that and we offer deals and no guarantee on quality sold by us as "Raymour and Flaningan . so that customer are aware and dont walk in to the store and waste whole day.
