STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! My fiancé and I and visited The Furniture & Mattress Gallery of Wayne in January of this year. We found a sectional by Jackson Catnapper that we liked and left the store to research the manufacturer and the store. Both companies had horrific reviews. We returned to the store and addressed the reviews with Jennifer and Jimmy. They assured as the reviews were written by over dramatic customers and surrounding competitors. With some hesitation, we moved forward with the purchase in early February. The purchase included a custom sleeper and warranty. Jennifer and Jimmy informed us our delivery window was 4-6 weeks. We ran into the first bump in the road 3 weeks after the order was placed. After not hearing any updates from the store, my fiancé called to inquire about the status of the delivery. At this time, Jennifer informed us the manufacturer was out of fabric and this would delay the delivery. The second bump in the road came at week 6 when we should have already had the couch. The store claimed the custom sleeper was installed incorrectly and they would need to order new parts. At week 8 we still had no couch and the store had a new set of excuses. They committed to delivering on many dates/times but never showed up. At week 12 the couch finally delivered to our house and the sleeper did not function properly. The delivery attendant was pointed out the dysfunction before brining it into our home. He claimed Jennifer and Jimmy were aware of the issue but instructed him to deliver the couch anyway. He also shared that this is typical of the store to do. We refused the delivery at this time so the couch could yet again be fixed. At week 15 the couch returned to our home fixed of the original issue but now with cushions that did not fit properly. At week 18 the new cushions arrived. At each juncture arranging delivery was a nightmare. Jennifer and Jimmy could not commit to a date/time. They lied about their communication with one another and often blamed each other the delivery issues. They promised compensation for our trouble and absolutely horrendous experience. That was also a lie, they will not take any of our calls to discuss/issue proper compensation. They are thieves and we are working with a lawyer to sue them.

My Wife and I recently purchased Furniture from here and had a very unpleasant experience (still on going). Alexis was very nice and promised us that our furniture would be delivered on a certain day or 1 day later ( we were fine with that). on the 7th day from payment Our furniture except the living room sectional had been delivered. The delivery people were nice and assembled all the furniture. All of the furniture that was assembled had scuffs/Scratches on them including the Glass dining room table. We asked them to replace the furniture then they sent an inspector from their wearhouse he said that the marks were only superficial and only on the surface (Not sure what he ment, to me a scratch is a scratch). The mattress and baseboard both had holes in them. I told him that if I pay for new furniture I expect it to be New. He said he would come next day to repair the bedroom set and have the mattress and baseboard replaced so far he has not delivered on his promise. I was told today 5/13/2016 that they would not issue me a refund for the living room firniture and that it would take over a month to get them. Im lost at what I should do next. I am about to call my Credit Card company and see what they can do for me. In response to Jennifer: You told me that a manager would be in contact with me within an hour regarding the Living room Sectional, It is now going on 2 hours and and we are still waiting for a call. Since day 1 we were promised services and you have not delivered on these promises. All we have herd are excuses. All I am asking for right now is a refund on my living room sectional that you are now telling me will take over a month to get.

***SCAM ALERT*** ***SCAM ALERT*** ***SCAM ALERT*** Found a nice couch that seemed like a good deal, and placed the order that day. Returned home to notice the billing address was correct, but not the shipping address (they are the same address). 1- They made it extremely complicated just to correct the shipping address. 2- Took a day off work to receive the couch, but instead received a call at 3 in the afternoon that the delivery would not be that day due to a "manufacturing hold", meaning they knew for days in advance that the delivery would be postponed, and failed to mention it while talking to them on the phone repeatedly to resolve an incorrect shipping address.. 3- At this point we had trashed the old couch, and had no seating. After days of back and forth, they finally agreed to ship a cheapo, tiny couch, which they delivered just fine, but I had to take off work a 2nd day. 4- Delivery of the original couch was rescheduled, took a 3rd day off work, and was called at the end of the day and told the truck broke down, and the delivery would not happen that day. 5- Eventually found out that the original order was never placed, and it was all a big scam. They were trying to get us to settle for the substitue cheapo tiny couch in lieu of the more expensive couch we paid for so I demanded a refund, took a 4th day off of work so they could pick up the original, we got our money back. At this point, about 3 months had passed, we had our money back, but still had no couch, and wasted 4 vacation days from work. And this was no accident. They are corrupt.

Very bad experience for first time buy furniture from this peaple, and will be the last time. 1yars 3 months ago i buy furniture from this guy jimmy and alexa they want to get paid cash so he came to my house to get paid , than he sent me the worong sofa set than they a peace back and left the other part promissing me that they will come back to exchange 6 months pass contacting them almost every day so that guy jimmy was never in store so i start call in his cell phone so he block my number. So i come to store a cople times his never there 8 months later i got him there he told me that i have to pay $1500 to exchange that sofa set than i pay in orded to get the right one 3piece sofa again he start full with me he sent 2 pieces promess me to sent the other piece next day 2 months pass calling him every day. So i have to go in to where house again he gave a closed box with the wrong piece, one month later again calling everyday he come to my house bring another wrong piece and left to my house saing that his gonna bring next day never show up again. So i bring that love seat back to the store to get the refund for it i pay $850 for that he want s to refund $300 when i told him that was $850 he told me that he was gonna look for the recipt to wait 5 days 2 months went by guess what he never answer my phone call again. Don t buy from this people they a very bad people in the business.
