I ordered an office table, and warned a delivery team to be careful with our BRAND NEW hardwood floors. They were nasty about it and said - we are careful, while I was observing them moving table not by picking it up and putting it down, but by SLIDING it ON the floor. I could hear our poor floors shriek. When I told them they are scratching it - their response was - oh, but the legs are plastic. Well, plastic can also scratch, and indeed, I noticed scratches on my floor. Not only delivery team did not apologize, they gave me an attitude, called me hormonal and said that the scratches were there. I have no words to describe how unprofessional and offensive these guys are. NEVER AGAIN will I buy anything from Creative furniture. By the way, when we called an office and spoke to a manager - his response was - oh, guys are usually very good. No reimbursement for ruined floors, no apology for delivery guys attitude, NOTHING. I regret ever buying anything from Creative furniture. Damage to the floors is not worth the furniture I got. I am yet to speak to a contractor about fixing our floors. Next time Ill order furniture on Wayfair, they have same items and prices are comparable. Instead of creative furniture they should have named themselves - "buy at your own risk".

I have purchased an ET204 dining table from Creative Furniture in January. Though the item is a bit expensive it is worth every penny spent. The quality and functionality of this extendable dining table is great. I love this table! Im thinking to order matching chairs from the same collection.
