So let me start off by saying I dont know what the bad reviews are for. I have been to this store several times and never had any issues with this store. First Garret, The Showroom Manager went above and beyond helping me, my wife and young daughter finding mattresses. We were so confused as to what we needed for our sleeping patterns. Garret didnt rushing us in any way. We were in store for 2.5 hours trying to find what mattresses worked for us. Also I cant forget The Store Manager Kevin. Kevin goes out of his way to make his customers happy. I have worked with him a couple times and he was able to solve any issues we had. Just want to also thank the staff behind the desk that does hard work to make sure deliveries get taken care of and billing is correct. So thank u again Raymour and Flanigan of Middletown NY for exceptional service and knowledge. Will always be a customer of this location...

Just went to raymour the other day for the Labor Day sale, was greeted almost immediately by Brian Creagh, no hassles no pressure, he helped us out and stayed w us. He gave us advice and received help from other employees of the store. they were gracious and we picked out a beautiful set, which was delivered the other day. delivery was perfect, nothing damaged. great stores great sales help in the Middletown Ny store. will write back w another review w FURNITURE AND W any problems w the protection plan. highly recommend going there !

What a truly wonderful bunch of salesman I have encountered at Raymour and Flanigan there in Middletown New York! They help out the community and truly are involved. We did a sip and paint there and had a wonderful time! If you need a bed or if you need Furniture this is a place to go to! Kitchen table or a mirror for the wall or a nice set up for the corner that just doesnt look right without that neat looking vase with some feather sticking out of it. Lush beds and plush Furniture available. You can outfit any home here!

I spent 5000 on a couch 1000 on dressers they send delivery guys who say couch is fine when it has no stuffing in corners of couch. Then they send a repair man out and he says he cant fix it after the store says he can. I was about to buy a master bedroom set and two other bedrooms from them but I dont know if they hold up to their deals. Ill find out tomorrow when the mgr calls me. Very suspicious

Simply, go elsewhere. From the minute you walk through the door you will be bombarded by a salesperson. They utilize a practice by following you around the store while you browse. Their personalities seemed fake (they want a sale). Glad I didnt purchase from them as I have been reading reviews the furniture quality is poor. Try Furniture Options in Goshen instead.

Say in three days or less and had two weeks Im going to tell everyone that it is not what they say and they do not go to the meddletown store the most bad staff together with the manager that is the store with the but service starting By one that says to be a saleswoman whose name is Katia. We bought $8000 in furniture, delivered to my in-laws. Every item was damaged. It took forever to get them to agree to fix it all. We finally returned everything. Local manager was nice but overall seemed unable to help us. Werku of furniture is low, delivery is horrible, follow up is truly poor.

They offered great service IN the store but once we left they delivered damaged furniture and had to repale it and after 3 phone calls to finalize the extended warrenty they NEVER called back. Stay away from this company if you need help AFTER you purchase your furniture!
