All of the betta here look miserable :( I was surprised to find that male and female mice were housed together, and a rude employee had picked a mouse up by the tail! I had told him that it hurts the mice when he does that, and he ignored me saying that they dont mind it and proceeded to jiggle the mouse around. I own mice, and I can assure you that they DO mind! Mice kept getting hurt while I was there because of an improper wheel in their tank, all of the animals seem to be in bad living conditions I dont believe any of the workers there Truly care about them, it was hell seeing all those poor animals being mistreated. My friends and I wont be coming back.

My husband and I adopted a kitten two weeks ago from Pet Supplies Plus - did you know that they rescue at-risk animals from kill shelters to put up for adoption? Well, they do, and thats how we got our newest little monster! We love him to pieces - he has a great personality, and the employees at Pet Supplies Plus seemed to be genuinely invested in his future. For a $100 fee, he was already "fixed," vaccinated, wormed, AND micro-chipped! Very reasonable. He is very happy in his new home, and is already friends with our older two cats :)

Called this location to see if they had a certain item in stock, phone just rang and rang. No one ever picked up. Called back 10 minutes later, same thing. Should add that it was the middle of the afternoon during a "non-peak" time. Why have a phone number listed on your website if youre not going to answer the phone?

all the employees are friendly. i have baught fish, tadpoles, mice, crickets, and supplies from this store with no complaints. son raised his tadpoles to adult frogs. love the varity of fish i have found there. thank you for answering my questions and printing me off care sheets. i use the Pekin store.

Grooming service is always excellent. Horrid service from cashiers. Two different stories from two different cashiers over an animal and was rude when asked if they could find out. Cut me off "Have a nice night" and moved on with me still standing there, ignoring me. I was being polite as can be.

Some of their fish look sick and every african dwarf frog I have bought from them died within a week, despite my good water conditions. Some of their products are a tad higher in price compared to Petco, or its the same.
