We take our cat and my mothers cats to this groomer. The first two times were excellent. They were happy, smelled great, and had a nice shave. However, our last visit with all three cats didnt turn out so well. We needed our cat done by 3:00 after dropping him off around 1:00. Not only was he not done on time (45min late) but he had bald nicks all over and they shaved the tops of his ears! That was strange. He was also so mad at us he pooped on the floor in front of the bathroom for us to step in. He normally enjoys a trip to the groomers. My mothers cats are a different story. We dropped them at 10:30 AM and they didnt even have them done until 5 PM!!!!!!!!!!!!! Talk about traumatic! Cats hate that! Not to mention one of them was limping and the pads of her feet were red and swollen so who knows what they did? Long story short, I will return, but keep in mind that you have to take your pets in on a day where you arent working because they NEVER have them done on a timely fashion.

We first started taking our dog here this past summer when we needed a doggy daycare for him while we interned in another time. They were our cheapest option and they were always very good to our boy. He came home happy and tired. Furthermore, they were always super good to us---they allowed us to pick him up later than normal on days that we needed to. Even after we finished our summer internships, we continued taking our dog here. Our experience with Pampered Pets has been that they are very sweet and very fair. Ive truly always felt that they are not simply there to get our money and I know theyve always been sweet to my dog. I would happily recommend their doggy daycare to anyone, especially someone who doesnt want to break the bank on it.

I took my Yorkie to the Pampered Pet last week and was very happy with the cut. Some lady from the shop had called me and told me that they were reopen, and she was one of the new owners. Truthfully I didnt know that they had closed. The new owners seemed very nice and treated my pet like a little princess. I must say that the previous couple of visits were not like the Pampered Pet had been in years previous. I am delighted that the shop is back in business, and seems to be doing very well. I will definitely continue going to the shop and wish them the best in building the business.

Weve been taking our 7 mos old lab puppy, Cheyenne to CU Pampered Pets for the last 3 months. She loves it - she comes home tired, but happy and much better behaved. She loves playing with her "doggy friends" and when I drop her off she enthusiastically greets the staff with kisses (if she can) and her tail wagging. Although ive never had to board her, Id have no reservations if the need should arise. Ive had her groomed several times and have been happy with the results. I would highly recommend CU Pampered pet for daycare, grooming or boarding.

This place was awful. I have a small puppy and dropped him off for two days of doggy day care/one night boarding. First of all, the staff was not friendly with my dog. Secondly, my puppy came back after about 26 hours smelling so foul. Third, once he got in the car he was very out of it and whimpering. And once we got home, he finished a large amount of food that he has never eaten so much in one sittng. Poor customer serivce and not good with my puppy. Will never go back. There are better options out there.

Took my dog to get a bath and nails cut. Came back 4 /12 hour later and he looked good but smelled of a lot of perfume. Put Manny in the back seat and went home. Got home and when I opened the back door there was blood everywhere! His nails were bleeding all over my leather seats. I realize cutting too close can happen but I would like to have been told AND why wasnt the blood stopped prior to me picking me up? I will try another groomer - hope to find someone that will tell when things like this happen.

We have been going to pampered pets for many years and would not dream of going anywhere else! The staff is always so kind. Micheal truly cares about the dogs and their well being! Our pooch always comes home happy and tired! We know when we drop him off that he will have a great day, will be attended to, and treated with kindness while out of our care. I cannot imagine anyone having anything but praise for the staff and their attention to our furry family members at Pampered Pets!

Pampered Pet is one of the cheaper facilites in Champaign but dont let lower cost fool you! My dog goes to daycare there and also gets groomed there. He loves daycare and is always bolting in the door to get to everyone who yells "Benni!!!" when he comes in the door. I know he is well taken care of and loves his pampered pet family. Benni also gets his bath and everything at pampered pet. They take great care of him!! Check it out for sure!

Everything seemed fine till they changed their rates during one of my services for my two dogs, After they over charged me I never heard the end of it - You quote someone a price you should honor it not berate the customer. I boarded two dogs for about a week and came back to see someone had crossed out my rate and increased it without so much as a verbal notification to me. Really really bad business to try and cheat your customers.

I have been a customer for almost six years, for both dogs and one cat for baths, haircuts and boarding. I have always been very pleased with their service. Good value for money. A safe environment with caring providers. On a rare occasion I have tried other grooming services but have come back to Pampered Pets each time. I highly recommend them and am pleased to note the Vet services to soon be provided.

Our experience was very good. The groomer was gentle when shaving our cat and generally handled her well. On top of a haircut, our cat got a bath, her nails clipped, and her ears cleaned, which was all part of the package. While I cant say our cat loved the experience, she wasnt traumatized when she got home. I would definitely go there again and recommend it!

As a transient one time doggie daycare customer for a Friday, Saturday and Sunday the staff treated me like a long time customer, the owner accommodated me to take in my precious puppy on Sunday at an earlier time than normal. They certainly treated my dog well as I could tell by his attitude towards them on day 2 and 3. This place is awesome.

Ive been to pretty much every doggy daycare option in the area, and this is the only place where my dog will run to the door with excitement. The staff is wonderful with the animals, and they have fun events throughout the year such as birthday parties and Halloween contests. Cant say enough about this place.
