Omg, Grooming is terrible. I took my cat for a haircut at 11.30 and they told me that they will start at 12.30. I went around 1 to check how everything is going on. When i got inside, i decided to stand behind the shelves just because the last couple of times we took our cat there, he was stressed afterwards and he was biting and scratching us back home. So there I am, standing there, watching how this girl is treating my cat. I was shocked, she was pushing him down, pulling him to the left and right, forcing him instead of gently adjusting him in position to be groomed. I was just standing surprised from their proffesionalisam, then the girls from the grooming saloon saw me standing there and watching. So they called and said that the cat was to agresive, and they cant finish grooming him. I couldnt belive it, they tried to put this on the cat, like it was his fault. Yes it was his fault for defending him from a bad groomer, groomer that used force and was pulling him left and right repeatedly. He is a cat, he will defend him if you attack him.

grooming is hit or miss. I think their turn over rate is high as every 3 or 4 months we go there we get a new groomer and when we request our previous groomer they usually tell us that person is no longer here. Fish quality is ok. I had an oto that died 30 days after purchasing which I guess may have to do with the species as I have read they only have a 50% survival rate going from the wild to home aquariums. My danios are doing fine along with the tetras though

Ugh. Took one dog here to get nails grinded and the lady with the short dark hair did wonderful. Next day took another dog for grooming and different staff were there. Not only did they not groom our dog because he couldnt stand up (an issue that was mentioned upon reservation) but they clipped his nails too far and theyre bleeding.

Dropped my puppy off at 1230pm and they said he would be ready in 3 hours. Well, of course that didnt happen at 410 i was called and told my puppy was cut and rushed to the naperville vet to get his ear glued together. Worst experience I have ever had, and I can only imagine how my puppy is feeling.

The associates seem to know enough to put you in the right direction for fish and stuff of that nature. Their dog training program is great and overall exceptional costumer service.
