Ive been coming to this location for several months now and I keep coming back because they do a fantastic job. The staff is always friendly and tries to help even if the store is extremely busy. They do a good job at taking care of the fish and their death rate I would say is much lower than other local pet stores. All in all the people at this location have never done me wrong. I dare say this is my favorite place to go for getting equipment and every once in awhile special ordering a fish. if youre ever in the area looking for a place that does a good job, this would be that place. They take donations of fish so that they can adopt them out to other loving families. They have given me some free fish bags for when I need to transport fish from place to another, which they dont have to do but they did and it was very nice of them. Returns are very easy with them which I genuinely appreciate considering half the time I forget my receipt. Despite this being a major chain, they make it feel more like a private store rather than some giant conglomerate. I dont get paid to say this, these are genuinely good people. Ive gotten to know many of the staff over the course of several months and they have gotten to know me as well. I would definitely recommend this store in particular.

Stopped in today a little after 4pm to get some feeder fish for my Oscars and some carpet cleaner because our Husky was sick last night and made a mess on the downstairs carpet. After making 4-5 circles around the store I could not find any employees to help me. The only employee I could find was at the cash register. Seriously? On a Saturday afternoon there is only one person working? Ended up leaving empty handed, went to Walmart and got the carpet cleaner and feeder fish.

This Petco is very close to my home, however, after giving them 3 shots Ive decided never to shop here. They are literally always out of the bully sticks I buy for my dogs, and they dont sell Bil Jac Farmers Bounty dog food. Their selection is definitely very limited. I guess driving the extra miles to Petsmart is my solution.

Great! Prices of pet toys and products always amazes me when I go in with my dog - no higher or lower here than anywhere else. The staff here though is amazing and friendly. Not too many places you can take your dog either so this is a fun place to shop.

I volunteer at the humane society that partnered with this petco to show our rescue cats. The employees here are super nice, and seem to really love the animals in their care. They are also cheaper on most items than Petsmart.

The facility is really nice and had doggies classes as well as a groomer. They remember your pets when you go in even if you are just walking through the store. They really take the time to care.

This place has everything that you need for your pets, but, when have a question ,there never an employee there to assist you. However, when you finally find someone,they are very helpful.

Associates are always so friendly. Always nice and tidy order. But some of their packaged bugs are dead already. Other than that great place to buy discounted pet items!
