The store was dirty, there were boxes and things everywhere in a lot of the aisles. The employees openly avoided customers to talk to one another. When we asked for help to find a product the service clerk pointed and ignored us after that. We were there to buy two electric training collars and dog food for Anderson animal shelter but after how they ignored us we decided to buy everything online from Amazon for less. Good job Petco, my mother-in-law was poised to drop $300+ but instead we walked out happy to leave this unpleasant place.

First time Ive ever been to this petco and the smell of amonia and ferret was terrible. They said it was the cats for adoption but its smelled like very dirty ferret cage didnt stop to look at the animals enclosures cuz I only went to buy my dog a bone but please do something about that smell!!! Is so bad Ive been to so many Petcos in the past and Im ferrent statss and by far its the only one that left me tearing up.
