Beyond upset and hurt by the quality of the animals. My boyfriend and me bought one of their guinea pigs on Valentines day. We had went in the day before and fell in love with a baby female rex. Upon bringing her home we noticed that she had crusty eyes and nose. The next morning we noticed a bald spot a little larger than a quarter on her stomach. We called the store and spoke with a manager who told us not to worry and to just give it vitamin d and that vet care was unnecessary since it is a normal occurrence in guinea pigs to have this happen. I have owned guinea pigs all my life and knew it was wrong, I then corrected her by saying its vitamin c actually. I asked if they cover vet care because I know Petco does, they said no and that all I can do is return her. I took her to a vet and the one month old baby pig has a very bad case of ringworm, respiratory infection and a tract infection. Im thankful that I had the previous knowledge and was able to seek care when I did because without it it would have been fatal. I will not be returning to this store and I urge people to research the pet they are interested in and inspect it before taking it home. I was blinded by how adorable she was and in the end ended up with a stack of vet bills. They should not be able to put sick animals on their sales floor.

I recently went there for two pet mice for my daughter. I know theyre typically feeder mice so knew it would be quick. Thete was a young woman i think named Brianna..Im not sure..she s tall with long black hair and glasses..she was AMAZING. She was so kind and asked if we wanted to hold a few to see if we liked their personalities..i was impressed she said that and it made the mice feel more like pets than food for snakes. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. Its hard to come by great customer service and she def. Was great.

This place is convenient and great, the staff is supper nice and really care about you and your pets. Good job to everyone there! Also they have a wealth of information an reptiles, a lot of the people who work there are avid pet lovers and owners and will gladly help you with your situation. It is a small place though so sometimes you may have to wait for help but they really take there time to help everyone and make you satisfied.

This place is awesome! I love the girls at this location! My son had so much fun in that store he by accident broke a small figurine and the employees were so understanding, wouldnt even let me pay for it. One girl notice my son took an interest in the reptiles so she stopped what she was doing just to get them out and make him happy! This location is amazing! Plus you cant beat the prices!

Really nice selection of pretty much everything. Went in there for aquarium filters and a plant but decided not to get the plant. Unfortunately I just couldnt support a place that keeps their tanks like that. Piles of dead fish, dead plants, as a fish owner it was just sad. It would be nice if the employees seemed like they cared for all of the living product aka living things.

My favorite pet store in the area. The store is bright and clean, has a good selection. Be sure to get a member card for discounts and coupons. Their prices are generally lower than Petco and Petsmart, except for some brand name items you can get at Target (Iams dog food, Blue Dog Bakery biscuits).

I finally found a place that has the dog food I need. Not only do they have it, they carry a ton of other options for any pet you may need. Small animals are taken care of and they have a dog wash. Its a rand new and clean business. Join the pet program for savings.

They helped me so much really cared about the health of animals. Went to set up a new fish tank for my new house and I have soften water and to help the fish survive they allowed me to come back goth empty gallon jugs and get water from them to fill my tank.
