Positives: Staff is extremely friendly especially Bob. My kids loved him. Very patient and willing to work with us. Cant say enough good things about Bob. The puppy we got came well socialized good with feet and all body parts being touched. Convenient location, and they offer discounts on boarding and grooming services if you buy a puppy there. Negatives: Oh boy where do I start. My puppy has dewclaws and tail cropped both of which were not done properly. My vet said by the owner of the puppy mill he came from. Yes this store is selling puppy mill puppies. They will swear up and down they arent but if you google your "breeder" they all work for the hunte corp out of MO. My puppy came home with the intestinal bacteria giardia with is contagious to humans as well as other pets. We are on our third round of treatment and cant seem to get rid of this. Worst part is they had him on antibiotics in the store and didnt tell us at time of sale. Their vouchers for spay/neuter and rabies are at a low cost clinic which I took one look at and decided not to take my pet there. And lets be honest the prices are insane. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I completely agree with Andrew. This place is by far very impressive. We have been looking for puppies for the last couple of months and both my husband and I were extremely impressed with the quality of care and cleanliness that the place holds. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. A great thing is that they were not pushy at all and offered a great deal of adivice. As far as the paperwork is concerened they will let you see the paperwork as soon as you ask. My sister purchased a puppy from petland and despite what they say the dog unfortunately had a great deal a health problems so I was very hesitant about purchasing a dog from another pet store but this place took all of my doubts away and I would definately reccomend going here for your new addition to your family.

We bought our little pomeranian here and not only is she the best dog ever but she ended up being the exact size that they told us she would be. Plus, they have boarding now and we know we can trust our perfect pup with them. Besides, they know all their breeders personally and you dont have to worry about puppy mills. All in all an amazing place!

We purchased a Shi-poo two years ago and he has been an absolute great dog. No health problems great disposition -- everything you want in a dog. We have both our dogs groomed there because the owner and the staff love these dogs. Highly recommend
