We purchased our wedding bands from Helzberg. Ive had my ring for less than 9 months and three different diamonds have fallen out. I take it in regularly for cleanings and inspections. The staff does nothing to make you feel like a valued customer. They are replacing my engagement band because its part of the warranty that we paid for. They couldnt even offer to rush the replacement so I have to wait ten days to have my ring for the third time. The manager that sold us our rings didnt bother to come over and talk to us about the situation either. Instead, the sales associate had to continue to walk back and fourth asking him questions. I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere for your jewelry. I am extremely disappointed and wish that I wouldnt have made the decision to shop with Helzberg.

Took my engagement ring in which once belonged to my grandmother. Asked them if it was real and they said no. Immediately took me around to show me their stones and prices. It was going to be about $400 just to fix the ring and keep the original "fake" stone. Took it to another jeweler in Marshall, MI who said it was real and very valuable as it was a unique stone because it had a unique cut that occurs naturally which actually makes it worth a lot more. They are going to fix it for under $100. Very disappointed in this business.

This place is the WORST place to get anything from. I put a wedding band on layaway for around $400.00. I have made payments monthly and when I went to pick up the band I was told my balance was 250.00. I had received a call saying I owed 68.00 and got a bunch of bull when I got there. They have all the receipts in the bag with the ring but they say that the computer shows I owe 250.00. I will never go here to make a purchase and it looks like I will be hiring an attorney.

Ive bought a number of pieces of jewelry here for my wife, and am always impressed with the quality of the items and the great customer service I get here. Theyve helped me buy a great gift when i wasnt even sure what i wanted, and another time guided me through designing a custom ring. I will keep coming back to this store for jewelry needs!

Poor customer service. Not only will they not change a watch battery for a watch they didnt sell there, they cant even change a watch battery on the watch I did buy there. But of course they never told me that when I spent $300+ on the watch. Kohls will do it for you though.
