After I pick up my rings from being resized today, I will NEVER step foot in this Kay again. I will drive all the way to Pier park any day to that Kays then step foot in this one again. All because of this woman that works there, Im positive she is a manager (shes the one with very short hair that speaks with a heavy accent) which is so crazy to me that someone SO rude could be a manager at a place that you have to sell jewelry to people. You can thank that lady for losing not just one customer, but everyone in my family too.

Horrible customer service, very rude and no one knows what their doing. After you purchase their product and buy the warranty and bring it in for inspection. They act like your bothering them and hassle you about it. The one in pier park is a much better expierence.

I hate coming here. Staff is mediocre at best. Not friendly, not rude just there. One woman never made eye contact but talked to my jewelry. You guys suck. Perhaps, if you spoke to your customers the way you chatted with each other I wouldnt be writing this.
