I just recently became a car owner and have never had to replace my tires before but the time was coming soon for me to have to replace them because I was getting to the very end of them. My left front tire blew unexpectedly a few months before I had anticipated getting new tires. I wasnt sure what to do as I couldnt afford to have them all replaced but I heard a lot of good things about this Discount Tire so I went to have just the one that blew replaced and then to purchase the other three at a later time. When I went there and they inspected my tires, they asked me how much I could afford. After I told them, they went away for a bit and came back and explained that I HAD to get 4 new tires, that the others were able to blow at any minute and it was too unsafe. They made sure I got all 4 tires replaced and gave me such a wonderful deal. I will never be able to thank them. I am definitely a customer for life! Thank you so much, Parker Discount Tire!

Ive been a regular customer for years, and cant complain about the service. Its the slick salesmanship that gets me heated up. I drove my ten year old BMW into the store today to discuss replacement tires, and "Kyle" an assistant manager proceeds to show me the most expensive Michelins in the store for $1100.00. I asked for the direct replacement Continental DWS I bought two years ago for $620, and was told they had gone up significantly in price to over $820.00 installed. It smelled rotten.Opened the iPad and The Tire Rack has the same four tires for $556.00, and I can have them installed locallyu for $80.00. Being suspicious, I called Lone Tree, and found out that Kyle was including the extra warranty in the price and not disclosing the total.

Took my Tesla Model S here for a new set of tires. Had to wait a couple days until they got some in, but thats not a problem. Went to drive away on the new rubber, but my car reported that ALL FOUR TIRES were underinflated by 10-15 psi. Not even close to normal! I went to complain and get more air, and was told they would add more air, but that their pressure gauge wasnt working. Thats right... the tire place said they DIDNT HAVE A GOOD AIR PRESSURE GUAGE! I offered to use mine... that cost about 10 bucks. When I got home, I noticed I got charged for 4 Tire Pressure Monitoring devices that I specifically said that I didnt not want or need. So, that added $20 bucks to the bill that I didnt need. Ill take my Model S, Model X, and the other family car elsewhere in the future.

I want this place to be a good Discount Tire, but its just not. It sucks but I have had every problem in the book with these guys. First off, every SINGLE time I go here, I check my tire pressure when I get back. And EVERY SINGLE TIME each of my tires is something different. This time there was a 7 psi difference between the 2 tires I had mounted. So aggravating they have such a low attention to detail. You always have to double check their work. They also have bad habit of mounting directional tires the wrong way, that has happened to me 2 times now. I wont even get into when the scratched my wheels. And yesterday they forgot to put my wifes tires back in her car after a snow tire swap, so now I have to go back there again to pick them up. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER GUYS!

Feels like a car dealership. They walk you out to your vechicle and measure your tread depth with his finger??? Then walks me inside and says I have 6/32 left on my tires..umm you only fingered one tire what about the other 3? When they removed my tire they said I needed a new tire because the Nail went in sideways...feeling they were trying to pull a fast one I went and looked. The Nail never penetrated all the way thru the tire and wasnt even leaking. Just a bunch of young individuals trying everything they can to make commission in my opinion??? 2nd bad experience at this location. Discount tire is a great company...people working at this location not so much. Be educated before you go to this location.

Everytime Ive been they have been friendly and helpful. I dont understand where the previous reviewers are coming from, if you tried to have them order tires that they dont have and you get upset that they dont have them, whos fault is that really? And yes flat tires are a pain, but to go somewhere after they close and because they have doors open expect to get service? They would never be able to go home due to discourtious people like yourself. You can be sure they will do a good job and if youre not happy talk to them like reasonable people and you might be surprised.

I had a flat tire and was driving on my spare tire when I went into this location. I asked how much new tires would be for the front two and the price was more than I could afford at the moment. The gentleman who helped me gave me two used tires from his stock free of charge and told me to come back for new ones when I had the money. Ive never been so impressed with the way a company has treated me in my life. Because of their friendliness, generosity and overall excellent experience I received, this will be the only place I ever visit for tires again. Thank you!

I went in this morning with a hole in my tire. I was running late to work and had heard the wait was an hour to an hour and a half. I asked if there was anything they could do to help me out, he said it wasnt likely but he would check . 20 minutes later they came back to me with my keys and had fixed my tire. This is just one of the many reasons why I will continue going to Discount Tire but especially this location. My family and I have been taking all our cars to this location since they opened and we have never had a bad experience.

I would like to say how happy I am with this store and its staff. Matt was extremely helpful and not pushy in his salesmanship at all (which I really appreciate.) I wasnt planning on getting new tires but I feel very good about the decision and I know by truck (and me) will be much safer now because I did. Oh, and I almost forgot that I was in and out in under 30 minutes, that just doesnt happen at most places! Thanks for making my experience a great one, I wouldnt go anywhere else because of the fantastic service!

I always go to discount.. But I will never go to this one again.. By far the worst discount store in the front range.. I bought a new set of bf Goodrich. So no complaint about the product, I love em. The service was awful. Left the center caps loose on one side. So I had to recheck all there work. It all boils down to Poor management.. I would fire a few people over there or pull the franchise.. Bad, bad, bad SERVICE. Bad management.
