Helped a friend load up with donations. Dropped off one load and they were nice but once we came back with the second load they just ran out and said "no". I said " no what?" the donation loaders started walking around pointing at the furniture and talking about how awful it was and that they wouldnt take it. Mind you this wasnt trash we were dropping off it was furniture from Ann Harbor. They humilated my friend and made her seem like she owned terrible items. One guy was laughing at her furniture. One of the items she had just bought from them but they said it wasnt good enough for them to take. So we went to Goodwill where they were extremely kind and helpful. Once unloaded we went back to this Salvation Army to pick up the couch my friend had purchased a few days ago to pick up. The same guys loaded it and asked us to move up so other cars could get through. While moving the truck I said "ok Im out the way" the guy responds " youre not in my way youre in other peoples way" and proceeded to laugh then turn to the other loader as he came out and proceeded to talk loudly about us. Worst experience I have ever had trying to donate items. Happy Holidays to you too assholes

This is my favorite thrift store. Everyone is generally nice and helpful. Their prices are great. Much better than Goodwill. And their sales are incredible. You can get some great furniture for cheap on sale days. Even when its not a sale day, the furniture is reasonably priced. Their home goods area isnt huge, but is priced very affordably. They have a great selection of clothes and some really neat antique items. I pick them over the Goodwill any day!

I was in line waiting to drop off donations and the people in front of me left some of their stuff in the way of my car. Employees see this and dont do anything and instruct me to move forward. I get out to move said stuff and they started yelling at me, I continue to move the stuff anyways which made them lose their minds so I just had to drive off after I was clear without donating. Did they want me to run into stuff with my car?!

Made a trip all the way to Salvation Army and the store hours posted on the door say they are open until 8:00, but for some reason the doors were locked when we arrived at 7:25. Several other customers came and tried to get in, but just got blank stares from the employees inside working. Very disappointing that they would decide to lock the doors 35 minutes early.

We went to drop off a couch because we were moving and they said it was too crappy and that they would not sell anything like that. What kind of donation center wont take a donation? We went to goodwill and explained our situation and they took it after their donation hours were closed even.

This thrift store is the place to go for furniture! They always have a great stock of it, and a decent amount of home goods. Clothing tends to be name brand and in good condition. Prices can be a little bit high depending on the item, but they tend to have great sales on a regular basis!

This is our go to for thrift stores. They have a nice and constantly rotating stock of furniture and the clothing is in good shape. The people at the pickup are super helpful when you are trying to move your bigger purchases too

I so agree with the other review. The store is organized, well staffed, and great on sale days. My son was able to furnish his apartment with a desk, kitchen table & chairs, shelf, and a set of dishes for well under $100.

Lots of fun stuff thats kept surprisingly organized. I like how they organize decor and stuff by color/theme. The furniture seems twice as expensive as other thrift stores though.

Used a Groupon so I had $30 to spend and had a hard time finding stuff I really wanted. The store is nice, clean & good sized aisles, but not a large selection. Seems just spread out.
