The Cashier Who works in the evenings who by the way is hispanic is very racist and rude i saw her snatch garments out of a customers hands twice , and tell them that she was discontinuing them i dint even know that was possible ...i also saw her bully another customer literally chase her around the store both of the cutomers were of color . She was very rude to her coleague she was checking me out and just walked away to snatch garments out of both the customer and her coleague i was so dissappointed she had been rude to me before but i had never seen her this bitchy . It was unacceptable and im sure its not the first time she does it to customers . Cant believe they still have her working there .

We waited five or more minutes for a clerk to come to the front to check us out.You cannot see the price the clerk is entering on cash register. The clerk made a mistake and overcharged. I ran my debit card and was handed receipt. I noticed the overcharge and asked for a refund. Note I am still in line. I was told I could only get store credit. I do not come to Denver frequently enough to use store credit. I pressed for a refund to my debit card. The clerk said that he couldnt do that. I asked to speak to a manager. There were no managers on duty. After nearly 10 minutes the clerk finally gave me a cash refund.

Ive been going to the store for a while its very competitive with the Goodwill there are occasions where the prices are just outlandish and some of the people that do the pricing dont seem to actually know the quality of the merchandise theyre selling or they feel that its more valuable than the brand new version of the same thing but if you know who to talk to their you can really get some good deals on some decent Quality Property in merchandise

This is a great store to work with the beeping mirror very friendly very helpful theyre not opposed to making good deals and certain items as long as you have a genuine interest they do have some super good deals especially for seniors Mondays are half off which is a really cool thing to have on a Monday for a senior great place to visit good people working there and recommend it to everybody stop by and say hi

The short lady who always has her hair pulled back is very rude and disrespectful. She told me I could not take my purse in dressing room I guess she assumed that I am going to steal stuff. Shes not friendly and very poor customer service skills.

I love this A+ thrift store. Its just not the store or the things they sell but the employees are always so nice and helpful. If I need something I always go to A+ thrift store first hell I stop by just to see what they have.
