First of all, I want to let you know I shop at Walmart weekly. They do have overall better prices and savings catcher allows you to get money from the difference you paid for lower advertised prices. I began my trip with a mission for flowers to plant to help cheer me up, as I have been dealing with depression pretty severely. Most of the flower were dead due to keeping them outside, as they had to, however this resulted in mass flower death from the snow storms and below freezing temperatures. Whatever right, I find a few I would be willing to nurture back to life. Grab some grocery items and medicine, then hit the check out. I get home and realize I forgot a bag, which was my medicine and three Starbucks energy drinks at $2.50/piece. I call the number on my phones google. I got Kellen in grocery pickup who couldnt transfer me to the main store. Ok, no big deal. I call the number kellen gives me and get a lady with a quick, "Walmart can you hold on a minute? Click." No big deal, I can wait to see if someone happened to turn it in at customer service. The lady got back on the phone and stated how she wasnt customer services and would have to transfer me. Still no big deal. Then the lady who answered, was very angry. I could immediately tell, as Im an RN who is paid for my quick assessment skills. I tell her my situation, before I couldnt even finish, she states, "first of all, we cant do anything without the receipt in the store." Very rudely and hostile. I tell her dont worry, Ill be there shortly. I get on my car, picked my kids up from the bus stop and head over. There were 5 people in line. I had my kids stand in line, while I grabbed the items. Low and behold, when I reached the counter no manager was available because they were so busy. The store manager was out of the building. I spoke to a rather young kid who was "acting manager." I stated my gripe with the whole situation. However, that isnt enough. The way I was devalued as a customer, as a person by someone claiming to be customer service. This behavior reflect poorly off the store, in PARKER, CO!!! Im an thoroughly appalled at the treatment by a store employee. Prior to becoming a nurse, I worked customer service. I know all aspects of customer service. This employee may "get a talking to," by management, but probably not. Shame on you Walmart, shame on the type of employees you hire. This isnt even the first time this has happened. My opinion, the extra $.34 saves on juice is not worth this treatment of customers. My opinion, stay away.

There is no customer service at Walmart. Employees never look at you or smile or say "hi", but they talk to each other plenty. Today some big wigs must be coming in because the store was all stocked and neat which is never done for the employees. Today one lane is open to check out with no self check outs open. They call Shirley to a lane, she turns on her light and just looks at us in line. I ask her if she is taking the next person in line, she nods her head. I push my cart around her and then there is an employee named Ruby who pushes his cart in first. Does Shirley tell him he wasnt next in line-NO-she helps him first, as usual its employees first and customers last at walmart-it should be their new slogan. Then she cant even ring up the 12 bottles he has and has to ask for help. Meanwhile I should have stayed in the other line because they were moving way faster. I decided to go somewhere else where they do customer service and left my items there for them to put away. I can see why they are closing stores and sales are down. When they got an increase in hourly wages they said there would be better customer service-they lied.

This location is such a joke. Called to ensure a product would be available for me only to arrive and have two incredible rude team members insist it wasnt, without even going to look. After I informed them I spoke to a manager? Their response was "I dont care who you spoke to, we dont have it." Check out time here is absurd, only one lane open late night. You can pay twenty employees to stock up for the next day and be rude to the guests in, but none to run a checkout. Much better paying a few cents more next door at target or going down Parker road to Arapahoe for the next wal mart. Obviously, its wal mart so they do not care about the information theyre portraying or how they treat guests, but this location is insane, unbelievable. Hope they close this down and figure out something new to put here, maybe take any decent employees and stick them down the road at a much more efficiently operated location that cares about customer satisfaction. Sincerely, Another customer lost you dont care about, clearly

I am DONE with this Walmart. Tonight was the second time I got home with food that had been tampered with. My first experience was buying a couple of energy shots, getting home and finding they had both been opened with a razor (meaning I could not see the seal broken in the store) and were empty, so I had paid for nothing. Upon complaining, the next day some manager called me saying "So, you had an issue with some energy drinks or something?" It was obvious he did not give a flying sh** and nothing was ever done. Tonight, I bought some frosted Loft House cookies and once again, got home to find the sticker that sealed the package cut with a razor. All the cookies were there but God only knows what the trash from Aurora who frequent this store did to the cookies after opening the package - Ive thrown them away. Long story short, do NOT go to this Walmart...I certainly never will again.

If you love Walmart, youll be happy, but Im always frustrated by this store in some way every time I go in. Firstly, its VERY common to find them completely out of stock on items. Youll find similar products all around, and of course the one you were looking for is flat-out empty. How a national store can let their stocks go down to 0 is beyond me. After you choose the item you didnt want, checkout will be something like a gauntlet to run. Most of the registers are closed and its not at all unusual to simply shut down one side of the checkouts - including self checkout which only requires a single supervisor for the area. They usually tend to have things you want and at a good price or else I would never dream of coming here. There are worse Walmarts, yes, but this store could stand to pay a little more attention to the customer experience.

Honestly I would put zero stars because when I went shopping tonight at this parker walmart I was standing in line to check out when I needed to go to the restroom. I got in there and there was no toilet paper. I told one of the workers and she said she would let someone know. i waited a bit and went back and there was still no toilet paper. I told a manager and he said we are too busy (its was 11 pm) to put toilet paper in the bathroom but there is a bathroom in the back. Which I am checking out at this point and wasnt informed the first time to go to the back restroom. The fact that I had to go back to this restroom and get denied again so rudely is why I was upset.
