What a miserable experience. Not one employee said hello or even asked me if I was finding stuff ok. I passed 4 of them and they were all stocking product. One girl saw me coming down the aisle and mover her cart over but no eye contact or any verbal acknowledgememt. The atmosphere was not upbeat at all upon checkout. There was a manager at the far end of the lanes near the rug cleaner rental sorting go backs and he was worthless to help out as the line was 3 deep and Connor the cashier was slow and did not call for a backup. The store was trashed from the night before, I entered the building at 10:30 a. m. and it was evident that it hadnt been recovered from the night before. All in all just a mind boggling horrible experience.. Felt like a funeral was going on. Management at this location definitely has no standards for customer engagement, speed of checkout or store cleanliness.

They put stickers on the wall art......cheap stickers that dont come off. I spent 20 minutes and every trick I knew and there is still residue on the glass.

Its pretty clean inside, has what you would expect at a Big Lots. Cashiers are pretty efficient and please tell.

Its a good syore just seems a little cluttered , I do buy items there , they have good prices
