On Thursday August 6, 2015 I was shopping in rgw store located at Columbine Valley Shopping Center, 3615 W Bowles Ave, Littleton, CO 80123. I had my 8 lb service dog with me and she was sitting on the seat of the shopping cart. The Assistant Store Mgr Kyle approached me as I shopped and asked me if my dog is a service dog. I replied yes and showed him her service dog ID. He then told me that she could not ride in the shopping cart because it is a violation of Health Dept Code and that the store could be fined. I asked him where she I put her and he said on the floor of course in a tone that implied that I was stupid. Even though I expressed to him that because of my dogs size I was concerned that she might get hit by a cart in the store he insisted that she be put on the floor. I complied with his request. The next day I called Tri-County Health and the Inspector Cheri Sun advised me there is no such code. My dog weighs 8 friggin lbs and if she is down on the floor people have hit her with carts so I put her in the seat. I am a diabetic and my dog is a service dog as outlined under the ADA of 1990. She has a tag that identifies her as a service dog, and I am not required under Federal Law to put her in a vest. If Walmart has a policy forbidding small dogs from ridding on the seats of a cart then that policy needs to be CLEARLY POSTED! My dog is no more unclean then the toddlers and infants who sit in the seats with their dirty diapers and it is unconscionable for your staff to demand that I place her on the floor where she might be harmed.

The only reason this place gets two stars is because its next to my house and no one is ever there so its easy to get in and out quick usually. However, most everyone is pretty rude and have usually been to me except for the super nice old man in the afternoons that runs the traditional checkout lane. I am writing this review because tonight I pulled into the parking lot at 10:50 (they close at 11) and as I was walking in, the assistant manager cyd (the name on her tag) was closing the door as I walked in and told me to hurry up fairly rudely. Im sorry you work here, but its no reason to be rude to me. Also they have no baskets for shopping as they have told me that people stole all of them. Nonsense. If you want to get more than 3 things, be sure to grab a big shopping cart. Produce is not very good either, but if you want to get a can of Campbells soup and not talk to anyone, this is the place to go for semi-functioning self checkout.

The WORST Walmart Ive ever been to. The staff was rude and no help whats so ever, I put my food back and I walked out of that store because how I got treated so horribly. It was horrible customer service the employees looked like they were miserable being there and the MANAGER was horrible. I will never go to this store again I highly recomend the King Soopers on Federal and Belview they are amazing there and they are friendly and its amazing customer service. THIS IS THE WORST WALMART STORE IVE EVER BEEN TO I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE HOW THEY TREATED ME!

12:30 in the afternoon. One checkout lane Two full cart customers in that one - the man at the register is nice but not fast. My only option was one of 2 "Self Serve" lanes. 4 "Customer Service" women standing around in front chatting. Do you think theyd open a lane? No. One of them stood there at the center kiosk and watched me deal with half a cart. Good selection. Good prices. Very disappointing front end customer service, and its been like this since the store opened so I doubt anybody in management cares.

Dirty store, low stocked. Customer service is less than horrible. There have been 1 or 2 nice employees but most if not all the employees are hateful and snappy. They dont know what customer service means nor do they care at all. The store overall appears dirty and old. Customer service department is the absolute worst to have to deal with. Ive had to go in almost kissing their butt just to try and get done what I need done and they are still rude and unhelpful

Usually love Walmart, but bring back ALBERTSONS !!!!! Staff at the store is horrible, never nice or happy. Have trouble every single time I go. Very disappointed with how staff and Managers handle themselves. Will not be recommending to anyone and will be sure to make the extra couple mile trip to go to King Soopers. Hope corporate looks into it and deals with it accordingly Managing staff even covers for employees when in the wrong.

I dont know why my map edit keeps getting declined about this location being closed. I have submitted pictures and there have been multiple other pictures added that show that this location is no longer operational. Fix this so that other people dont drive here on their way home from work expecting to be able to pick up groceries for dinner like I did.

Wow, what a horrible place to shop! No deli, the meat prices are higher than Safeway. Stew meat Safeway 4.88 Walmart 5.33. There is no advantage to shopping here at all. We had five people queued up in line with full carts and only one checkout lane. Feel free to check yourself out! Ha!

This store is fine. Pharmacy has a nice staff. Selection is good. Like to eat fruits and veggies? If youre looking for a wider selection of fresh vegetables you wont find them here. The organic foods are improving and they carry more of them in late 2016 than they did earlier in the year .

I enjoy shopping for groceries here. It is not as busy as soupper walmarts are. That makes it is nice if you just need some time away from noise and people. The employee are friendly and a lot happier too.

This store has been closed for over 3 months. One thing Walmart is good at, closing stores. One thing Google aint good at, rapidly becoming cognizant of stuff

This is the only grocery store I have ever been to in my life that doesnt have baskets. I dont want a buggy for 10 items but it is too much to carry.

It is usually pretty slow, so a great place to go if you need to run in and out real fast. The produce is never very good.
